I love that the staff will order items they don't usually stock if you are looking for something particular. They are not pushy, and let you browse as long as you want without hovering. There is a kids toys bucket to keep the littlies occupied while you do so! I love that they are very community minded, offering a baby clinic, first aid classes, etc.

I found a product in the My Child magazine & when checked online they said Baby 'N' Things were the stockists for Mama & Papa products. When I rang Jill on the Monday she said this wasn't a regular stocked item but she would check with the rep. That same day Jill rang back to explain that if I proceeded with this order it was an instant purchase. We proceeded & she confirmed what size I would need for my husband to fit the parent harness in the baby carrier. All in all this was all completed within the week so on Friday I picked up the Morph baby carrier system. I also got the discount from the hello babe bag that was given to me on the birth of my child at the chemist.

The team at Baby N Things are always helpful and know so much about the stock they carry. Recently they kept a note of an item I was after that had been discontinued by the manufacturer and phoned to let me know when a comparable product came into stock. It is so nice to have informed staff helping with baby products.

Pretty much what you expect from a baby store, they have most of what you need at an ok price, but they are not a big store so don't have a huge range of each item. Good service, mainly a good place to go to get the basics in an easy location.

Baby 'n' things is a great place to get all your baby needs. It has great service and has very helpful and friendly staff. the staff give you good advice for what to buy.

These lovely ladies were incredibly helpful. The store is not huge, however they have the essentials you need for babies. I went there to find a rain cover, sun shade and bumper for my Mountain Buggy pram. It was the 2009 model, but the company had been bought out since. They had the bumper in stock and even put it on the pram for me and then took my details to contact the company about the the 2009 sun shade as a different one is required for that model pram than the current one. They rang me back within a day or two. It was really helpful. They didn't have a storm cover when I looked but they showed me a universal one that was half the price and fit my pram well and so I bought that instead and saved myself some money. I highly recommend this store.

This is a small baby shop but they provide a huge range of products and very helpful, friendly service. They have a great discount if you are a union shopper member. They are very experienced and give solid advice rather than just trying to sell you stuff. I found it a much better experience going through them than many larger baby stores when I was a first time Mum.

Had to buy a present for a friend's baby shower and not having kids myself I had no idea what to get. After a short waiting period (it was reasonably busy during my visit) the staff were able to point me in the right direction. Cost seemed reasonable for the products, but wasn't exceptional value either

very helpful staff who dont look down their noses at you unlike other places ive been. useful for knowledge on products and gifts for those of us who don't have babies and therefore don't have the knowledge

They are a family owned business who employ friendly and qualified staff. I have used them on several occasions and always found the staff to be knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. They can order stock in for you and have a layby system and give union shopper discounts
