Baby Second Heaven

Just had our Swallow Beema Q pram repaired by Baby Second Heaven and I could not be happier. Their service was outstanding a super fast repairs and reply's, plus price was perfect. Great Knowledge and range of parts for all prams. If you need repairs on your pram do yourself a favour and Call George and his friendly staff you wont be disappointed.

I was so impressed with the standard of customer service at this wonderful store. Diana went 'above and beyond' in customer service ... it's real home grown customer service like the good old days and trumps anything I've received in a high-end baby store. Diana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted ... I'm a very happy and satisfied customer! Although I'm moving overseas, I would certainly make the drive from Melbourne for the wonderful service and range of products. Thank you Diana and George.

we needed our Phil & Teds pram repaired as the brake cable had broken. George at Baby Second Heaven was great, he gave us 2 alternatives for fixing it and then repaired it on the spot. Very professional.

they sell factory seconds and new and preloved things they have just about everything you could want a great price definately worth a drive the sevice is great they guys are friendly and helpful
