Ordered a bed from here. Was told that it would be in stock soon and then delivered. Then all I get is an email saying we can't deliver it because our courier couldn't fit it in. This should have been known. When I called early to discuss I was not told of any problems and the person I spoke to acted like I was an inconvenience to her for calling about my purchase. Will not recommended this place to anyone and will be ensuring everyone I know doesn't waste their time with this place.

Adapter for my capsule when they called to check and make me aware that it was for a twin capsule set up not a single capsule setup. So thankful for them calling ahead so I could cancel my order before they sent it. They definitely went above and beyond with quality service!!

I picked up 2 car seats for for my twins today. Upon install noticed scuff marks on one of the seats and asked if it was a display model. Upon being promised it was new, I was still unconvinced. I drove home annoyed that I was made to feel like a fool 25 weeks pregnant too!! Then I noticed the 2 car seats are different, different head rests, different fonts on the brand writing etc. I went back to ask what was going on. I got told over and over that they are still the same. As you could appreciate I wanted them to match for my twins. [Removed name] did not apologise or offer any compensation. Just said we could order more and we could come back. I was then furious, feeling really cheated so I asked for a refund and left. Iv since found he was selling really old models for the same price across the street. [Removed comment] Not happy. Highly DO NOT recommend.

The customer service by staff at the Ringwood store is outstanding! Not only that, but their product knowledge is fabulous and they are really great to talk to! I've bought almost everything from here just because of how great the staff are. Thank-you Baby Train!!

I contacted Baby Train after my high chair had some broken clips. They we’re really helpful and provided me with replacement clips for my high chair free of charge. I’d definitely recommend choosing them for your baby products!

We went into baby train today after going to another baby store. We left the other baby store with little to no help and the staff gave us the wrong answer. As soon as we walked into baby train we were met with someone willing to assist us straight away and they were able to give us the correct information about the product we were after. I will definitely go to baby train again! Awesome Customer service and price was also better than the competitor.

My husband and I went to the Ringwood store recently and the staff were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a pram, car capsule and baby carrier, and I can’t wait to use these when our first baby arrives.

Today was our first outing exploring the scary world of baby shopping and after a pretty dull visit to Baby bunting where we were not acknowledged once as the staff were busy with others and we were rather underwhelmed by the experience, we strolled over to Baby Train and had such a terrific first experience. Shop assistant Taylah was welcoming, extremely informative and very relaxed and the least bit pushy. We left with such a positive feeling and will certainly be back there.

Great price... HOWEVER, poor communication, still waiting for my item and it has been almost 3 weeks!! I found out after a week of waiting they didn't have stock (which I wasn't informed of when placing my order).
No communication to let me know what was happening, had to chase it up with 2 separate phone calls :/

Best price on the car seat I wanted, reasonable shipping and lovely customer service! Called to confirm the colour I was after before shipping and very friendly. Quick dispatch too. Unfortunately there was a delivery issue (at the fault of the delivery company, not BabyTrain) and they dealt with it very compassionately and very quickly. Highly recommend purchasing with them.

We're expecting twins and had baby train recommended by a friend. I'd pass that recommendation on to anyone expecting twins or indeed any number of children! These will be our first children and Lyne could not have been more helpful. She gave us her honest opinion on all the products we were after. Her advice and POV were extremely useful, she noted everything we asked for and came back to us with the best price she could do them for. When we mentioned other things we'd been recommended Lyne talked through with us and either told us if it wasn't a necessity or advised we waited a while to choose. Lovely to not be pushed into buying everything. We felt very well looked after and like we'd received the best deal. We'll be back for our next purchase without a doubt!
