We purchased most of our baby furniture from this shop.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
They will price match or better a price, if someone else has the same product but cheaper than them.
They have a huge variety of stock to cater for all your baby needs.

A great place for all your baby needs, and if they havent got it they will try and chase it up. Wether you need a pram, highchair . clothers or rattle, they have it here.

I went here when I was in need of a double pram. I was looking for a certain brand and model that only came out a week before I was looking at buying to which so many shipments where all sold up. I dealt with a lovely lady from the geelong and hoppers crossing store and told her I was wanting this pram and needed the second seat as well as I just had my newborn. She explained to me she will do the best she could do to source one. She gave me a call back with in an hour and told me I have one for you and I have thrown in a little present for you. I went and collect the pram and she threw in some pram liners and gave me quite a large discount on the pram. I how ever have shopped there a number of times before and sort of got known by name. We no longer need to go back to this store as my children are now pre-schoolers I won't hesitate going there again if we have a third child

We bought everything we needed on the first visit, the ladies are very friendly and knowledgable and even talked me out of a few purchases and advised we should wait until bubs arrives and then make the choice and different items work for different babies.....Would recommend to anyone....

Fantastic store and friendly staff. nothing was too much trouble, and having twins meant we had to buy two of everything. They gave us a great price on everything and I will always go back.

Huge store with just about everything you could want for a new baby or toddler. Good range of many products which makes it fantastic to compare. Prices are competitive and staff are friendly and helpful. Take a look. You'll definitely find everything you need. The only criticism from me would be the entrance - difficult to get in and out with a pram.

I think this store is fabulous. Have bought many many items from there. The ladies are lovely, not pushy but helpful. They will match prices from other stores but always seem to be cheaper anyway.

I always go back there to buy any baby item because I know they have a great range.

I was looking for a small, light weight stroller for a trip to Adelaide. I went to another baby shop which was well stocked with what I was after only to be offered shocking service (they showed me one stroller and then refused to show me any more!). That's when I discovered Baby Time. The staff there knew there stuff and were very happy to fold stroller after stroller so that I could check their size and weight for the flight. The only criticism that I have of their service was that I did not receive a call to tell me that my purchase had arrived, after waiting a few days I called them. Otherwise great service, knowledgeable staff and good prices.

I brought a cot from BabyTime for $999.99 and I had a fault in the cot i brought from there and they gave me a new cot plus store credit. I dont think there bad at all.

Buying goods for a baby can be quite difficult and confusing. Baby time made the experience very easy. There service is impeccable. They guide you through the selection process, put all your items on layby and then have everything ready for delivery/pick up when the baby is born. There pricing and service is top notch

The Staff at Babytime we at all times friendly, helpful and never once made us feel like we needed to rush. Their expertise was greatly appreciated, their product knowledge outstanding and unlike to big "super stores", they didn't push the high price items when another product was just as good.

At the end of all our buying, they gave us a great package price which was cheeper than the big stores.

Why would anyone want the advice of a 22 year old single girl working at babyco, when you can tap in the wisdom of a mum with 4 kids at Baytime?

Always had good service. One sales lady knows customers and their kids by name. They always seem to have the best prices and very knowledged in carseats.

I'm appalled by their service. I phoned to ask about a replacement for my stroller and was told to call back another day. When I phoned again my details were taken. A week later, nobody had gotten back to me. So when I went to the store to purchase something they took my details down again - no apology for forgetting me. And guess what! I'm still waiting for a call back. I won't be holding my breath but I will be letting them know exactly what I think of their customer service. Rude, rude, rude. I won't be stepping foot in their door any time soon!

We shopped around for the big items we needed for our baby - pram, change table, cot etc and Babytime beat EVERY price we got because they do package costing for you and when we had one store $50.00 cheaper, Babytime beat it by $10.00. Delivery was faster than they estimated and staff carry things to the car for you - FANTASTIC STORE!

Great for all things 'baby'. We have purchased a pram, high chair, toilet training seat, toys, booster seat... they have everything!
Always several staff members available to answer questions & recommend products.
Great to have a huge baby store in such an accessible location.
