We had a great experience being first time parents and shopping at various stores for baby items for the nursery. Babyworld staff were very helpful and provided us with valuable comments as the staff had used the products with their children, so they knew what they were talking about.

Being a first time mum, i had no idea of brands, or what i needed and didnt need. When i went to babyworld which a friend had reccommended, one of the staff members took me through the entire shop showing my husband and I all the different varietys of products and it really helped with the decision making process.
They gave us a great price too, which fitted in our budget.

I purchased a potty form babyworld that was damaged. There were parts missing and the potty was warped so that the parts didn't fit. When i took it back (on the next business day) i was told I could not get a refund, even though the potty could nt be used I still couldnt get my money back. I was met with great hostility from the owner, he was very abusive. When i finally took the broken potty home i saw that the price sticker was covering another sticker and after i had peeled back the first sticker the secont one revealed a price $10 cheaper than i had paid.

Approximate cost: $45 for a broken potty!!
