I have been going to Back In Line and the wonderful Dr Roy Smith for 21 years. Even though my wife and I now live in Geelong, I will happily make the trip to South Melbourne, knowing that I will be well looked after there and will that Roy will find solutions to whatever issue I present him with. All done with a great sense of humour and personalised service.

My two sons & I have been adjusted by Dr Roy over the past year. He is so good with the boys and he takes great pride in teaching them about managing their health and wellbeing. We actually enjoy the experience of being adjusted as the staff and Dr Roy are so caring and professional and I see it as an important part of maintaing my families' health.

I hadn't been back to a chiropractor for about 15 years and was also apprehensive about doing so and was anxious to find someone who I could trust and who would also listen to me and to my concerns and not just treat me like another number. From my first consultation with Dr Roy I have been extremely happy and more than impressed with his knowledge and level of skill, his professionalism and dedication to his craft and to his clients.
I have now been going to Dr Roy for about 3 & a half years for regular maintenance every couple of weeks and both he and his staff have never treated me like 'just another number'. i highly recommencd him to anyone.
