I have found RAW, the technique Chris uses, a fantastic way of releasing my negative thought patterns. Chris did a balance focusing on my bad eating, drinking and sleeping patterns, my former habits have stopped, not because I have the 'will power' to decide not to continue my habits, but that I just didn't have the thought in the first place. The words 'easy' and 'freedom' spring to mind. I can now get on with the things that are important to me. Thank you soooooooo much Chris.
