Best gym in town. Warm and welcoming environment

Ballarat Body and Soul is a great Gym
It's pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth if you put in the effort and go a bit to take advantage of all the facilities.
They also have pay as you go classes and deals which is great if your not in for a long commitment or don't have the money to join up front.

Body and Soul is a great place to go for a workout. They cater to everyone's needs. If working out on your own isn't your thing, they have many different types of aerobics classes from beginner to expert, or personal training to help get you motivated. They have lots of off street parking, breakfast available, tea and coffee, and the Courier is available if you get there early enough. I probably don't use my membership to utilise all its benefit, but its a great gym.
