The only nice thing i can say is the welding potion of my car repairs was beyond expectations. My car came back after 8 weeks with undercoat over spray in the interior, different colour panels, out of line panels, glass still throughout the car including the air conditioning unit, hammertone finish in some areas of the paint, panels not touched even though they had been paid for it, cat prints in the car(good thing i'm not allergic) and a spill of some sort in the boot (gratefully not cat urine). Customer service from Claire was excellent however the manager did nothing but lie everytime i spoke to him. These guys are currently an authorised repairer for my insurance company; but not for long if i have anything to do with it!

My mother in law was recently involved in a car accident, and the service given by the tow truck driver, Peter, was way above and beyond all expectations. He personally ensured that she got home safe - followed her home, and made sure she was safe and settled back at home with us. We were so grateful and reassured by him. Highly recommended.
