Bamboozle

Bamboozle installed our floors in our lounge, dining, kitchen & stairs. Their service was exceptional - we had a small window allocated by our builder and they went out of their way to get us in on time. The installation crew worked tirelessly and the end product is really beautiful - everyone comments on our gorgeous floors! Would highly recommend to all.

We had our entire living area done about 6 weeks ago. Bamboozle were excellent to deal with from initial enquiry all the way to completion. Any questions were quickly answered, installers were on time and on schedule, competed the work professionally, removed all debris and left a spotlessly clean floor on completion (whats more they were great guys as well). The floor looks amazing and we are very satisfied. No hesitation in recommending Bamboozle.

From speaking with Steve and choosing our product we wanted for our new home to the final installation , we have found both personnel and product exemplary. The bamboo flooring is not only beautiful to look at but very practical. Easy to clean ad blends well with the rest of our furnishings The quality of the laying is excellent.

We had Bamboozle floors installed in our entire home 4 years ago. They were very professional to deal with and the installers were excellent indeed. The floors are extremely hard wearing, feel lovely underfoot- i.e. cool in summer and warm in winter and best of all has not marked or scratched at all from our very boisterous 2 year old grandson and all his construction toys. They are also a perfect flooring solution for allergy sufferers. We can highly recommend these floors and will certainly have no hesitation in installing them in our future builds.

From browsing in the showroom through lifting and removal of a slate floor and laying of the spotted gum floor the customer service was excellent. The team who lifted the slate floor were very thorough, professional and cleaned up extremely well leaving minimal dust. Similarly the personnel who laid the floor and skirting boards were very professional. The floor has made a huge difference to our house. We are very happy and can readily recommend Bamboozle.

We had our floors laid 6 years ago and I loved them. I was devastated when we had a flood and some of the boards were water damaged. Pleased to report the damage has been replaced and it looks better than ever!! Would recommend Bamboozle to others without a doubt!

In 2007 I had my Bamboozle floor installed throughout most of my home. At the time I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the installers. Since then I have been thrilled with how easy it is to clean and maintain with just an enjo mop and water. It has been very durable and continues to look as amazing as it did when first installed. It still attracts positive comments from new visitors and I absolutely love it. I wouldn't want any other flooring.

Stephen and the staff at Bamboozle were brilliant, there knowledge of their product and the installation procedures was quite outstanding, and was able to relieve some of the pressures of a new build and the things that can happen in the processes.

Thanks for assigning James the project Manager, Steve and Mat our installers as they were very courteous, very tidy with the install and we are delighted with their finish. They were always cleaning and it showed they cared. We had issues with the level of the floor, our first Project manager Senan was very helpful and recommended Nathan who turned out to be very helpful too. James then took over and the job moved seamlessly. Also a big thank you to Stephen who helped us with the quote and site measure.
