I took a beautiful cream woollen jumper with leather buttons that l had washed & the leather buttons left a terrible stain. I thought there was little hope of the stains being removed but Bancrofts staff did the most amazing job. They removed the buttons, removed the hideous stains and sewed the buttons back on. I am beyond thrilled with the result. Thank you very much .
As a bonus the staff are all so delightful to deal with too.

avoid this store at all cost!! price is not clear, does not provide quotation and deduct credit card without consent. Divide one garmet into 5 separate items yet not willing to provide a break down itemised detail price list with attempts, they do not have any price list, yet 4 garments cost a total of $315.30, the same item which was washed at the same place prior to owner change only costed $38.90. TOTAL SCAM!

Like most places in South Yarra, this place is expensive. However, when you get your clothes back they are like new, and you have the peace of mind of knowing that your clothes are not going to get ruined. I've been to many dry cleaners that have made my clothes worse. This is the first one that has been consistently good over years.

I was recommended by Henry Bucks to have my suits dry cleaned by Bancrofts, and I was blown away! Firstly they use environmentally friendly, non toxic cleaning solution called Greenearth and my clothes never smell. I love them. They recently looked after my wife's wedding dress and, although on the pricey side, did an amazing AMAZING job.The beads and silk were really dirty from a bad weather day. It looks totally unworn and good as new. I would refer anyone to Bancrofts as they really know their stuff, are caring, knowledgeable and very friendly. For wedding dresses, special garments and my special suits, I will never go anywhere but Bancrofts.
