I called into Barnet car repair centre to get a quote to have a small paint work repair assessed. I spoke with Chris and was surprised by his response. Quote to repair was very reasonable but he said if I could leave car for a couple of hours they would buff and polish it to see how much damage there actually was. Came back two hours later to see there was only very minor damage and paint work was like new. When I asked how much he said no cost. Amazing service.

Barnet Motor repairs is absolutely fantastic! I am the Kensington Maternal and child health nurse and my car was damaged whilst I was working locally. I dropped in to the centre to get help with my repairs and the customer service I received was outstanding. Owner Trevor and his staff are exceptionally honest and genuine. Trevor helped me navigate the process through my insurance company to get the best outcome for me as I wasn’t liable for the damage. He was so genuine to help me, even with knowing that I couldn’t use his centre for the repairs due to my insurance company having their own. I can’t recommend this place highly enough due to the honesty of the staff and as for the quality of the work, well the consistent five stars says it all. Thankyou Trevor and Nathan!

I was recommended to Trevor and his team and I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Brilliant old fashioned honesty, courteous team AND my car looks a million dollars! Made getting run into a completely stress-free experience. I was given a loan car, and kept updated at all stages, I didn't even get involved with the insurance companies, Trevor and the team managed the lot! Have already recommended Barnets to my MIL and a friend from work. Both had exactly the same experience with Barnets.

I've used Richmond Panels a couple of times and find that Adam and the team always do a really good job. I trust these guys with my car and I know that I am not being ripped off as they go able and beyond doing the right thing. I would suggest that next time you have a bingle, give them a tingle (I think thats their slogan)

I needed some panel work done to get a roadworthy on my car - these guys were absolutely fantastic, gave me a great price and were really helpful and understanding.
The car looks great, much better than I expected given that I didn't care about matching the paint colours perfectly or anything like that, it was purely a functional thing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.

I had scraped the front of my car and called around to all the repairers in my area. Not one of them quoted me below $100, with the highest quote at $750. I took my car into Barnet and received a quote of $0. At first I was sceptical but decided to take a chance, the work that was done was not only impeccable but the service was friendly and quick. I know very little about cars and could have easily been ripped off by the other repairers, Trevor and his team were kind enough to realise how little work was involved and chose not to make me pay for something so minimal. This kind of honesty is a rarity and I was lucky to find it. If you don't live in the area make the journey to visit this team, the experience is well worth your time.

I recently took my VW Up! to Trevor at his Kensington repair shop. Our car had been damaged by a hit and run and Trevor provided professional advice on the damage and gave us a free loan car whilst our car was being repaired. He even made sure the car was re-washed and polished when I picked it up (a few leaves had accumulated over night). My experience lately with Trevor,Tegan and Tony was second to none. The whole team took their time in explaining all of my options and made me aware of my legal rights and obligations. They all genuinely cared and were professional throughout the entire process. I was provided with a loan car at no extra cost while my car was repaired. I really can not say enough about these guys. Trevor and the crew did an amazing repair on my Jeep Grand Cherokee....cannot even tell it was ever repaired. The service was friendly, professional and customer focused. Trevor came out to my workplace to do the estimate and loaned me a car for the week it took to repair...at no charge. I was expecting a whopping bill but Trevor even made that easy to take.

I have been here once and was overly impressed with how my came home. It looked as tho i just had picked it up from the dealer.

Not been to the panel beaters for nine years and was nervous about finding a reputable one after some unfortunate accidents on my new car. Anxieties regarding being ripped off and dodgy workmanship from watching current affairs shows were alleviated after the first quote from Trevor. The repair was efficient and my car looks new again. Also important was their signature Hyundai Getz courtesy cars that enabled me to continue working full-time between two jobs. RACV tried to pressure me into using one of their cheaper and poorer quality repairers but I was adamant in choosing Barnet as I wanted the best. Thanks to Trevor and Garry for their integrity and a job well done.

Trevor and Gaz really helped me out, doing some brilliant work on a car in a short time frame that allowed me to get the necessary repairs done without any of the usual BS you get from panel shops. Gary and the crew were fantastic and being a female it can be difficult in just getting your car repaired, they explained everything in fine detail, i highly recommend them
