Apologies for the belated email but we’d like to say a big thank you to you and the team for all the hard work that you’ve done in renovating our bathrooms and laundry. We weren’t expecting the amount of work that was put into it but everything’s turned out great. Workmanship was excellent. We’ve been using the new facilities for a couple of weeks now and there’s no issues to report.

They also respected my house by boots off and cleaned up everytime.

We just wanted to thank all the team that renovated our bathroom. They were all highly professional throughout the renovation. They were all courteous and polite to us and even looked after our beloved dog who inspected their work on an hourly basis. They left the bathroom clean and tidy every day and even though it was raining on some days they made sure that they removed their shoes and never dragged mud through the house. We were given a schedule for the week which informed us who was coming and what times they were expected. We organised for a main bathroom and an ensuite to be renovated through Bathtime Bathrooms and with 2 small children thought that it was going to be a very stressful experience, But Tony and Wayne and all of the tradies were amazing and whilst my son was asleep they did not make too much noise and also advised if there was going to be a lot of dust..
Both bathrooms in relation to design and the finished product have exceeded our expectations... Tony and Wayne were always available when any issues occured and were always there to get them sorted quickly and efficiently..
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an awesome bathroom at a reasonable price...
In addition we are so happy with the finished product that we are thinking of getting them to do our kitchen and laundry :)

My rotten-floored, leaky and dysfunctional bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt from the floor up by Bathtime Bathrooms just before Christmas last year. My new bathroom really is almost exactly the way I envisioned it to be and now feels solid as a rock. From the carpenter to the plumber and tiler and all the other trades involved, I appreciated being informed ahead of time who was going to turn up and when. There were some hiccups along the way, as you would expect in coordinating many different people working on a fairly complex project, but with great communication from Wayne and Tony and the tradies, problems were resolved quite quickly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with Bathtime Bathrooms again in a couple of months when they give the same "strip-out and rebuild" treatment to my laundry, and probably later this year to my kitchen.

I got a call from the tenant saying they had no hot water, they have young children. I phoned Bathtime Bathrooms and they responded the same day, a new system was installed and the tenants were really happy. The service and price were excellent.

Thanks to the team for providing quality workmanship in our bathroom and laundry. Even though there was a few delays, they took pride in their work which has meant the 2 areas have been finished to a very high standard.

Bathtime Bathrooms completely renovated our bathroom and laundry areas and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail in the layout and design of the rooms. A lot of care and attention was paid in our initial meetings which gave me the confidence that the job would be completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality. They have also accepted and delivered on some additional variation works around the house which I was very pleased with. Towards the tail end of the job, we had experienced some delays without a clear idea of when the job will be fully completed. However, Bathtime Bathrooms endeavoured to complete the job as quickly as they could despite the hiccups faced. As a whole, we would recommend Bathtime Bathrooms and their exceptional design and workmanship.

Bathtime Bathrooms renovated our ensuite, we were extremely pleased with the service that we received. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is so professional, punctual, and with years of experience behind them.
All the tradies are lovely friendly guys, they went to great effort to make sure any mess and dust was kept to a minimum, not only in the space they were working but also from their vehicles and through the house.
Wayne was a terrific project manager and if not onsite was only a call away. To attempt to manage all the plumbing, plastering, carpentry, electrical and tiling trades myself would of been a nightmare, it was so much easier to have Wayne there to coordinate all the different trades, I have found attempting this yourself and missing one small detail can be a very expensive fix.
We are very happy with our ensuite including the underfloor heating (as suggested by Tony) which has been worth its weight in gold this cold winter. Highly recommend this company.

We really liked the Project Management Skills of Bathtime Bathrooms. All of the Trades People used were friendly, highly skilled and reliable. The rubbish was always quickly removed. Living in an inner city apartment, my renovation came with location, access and demolition challenges that most tradies just won’t take on. But Bathtime Bathrooms came to the party. Whilst mess wasn’t a factor (I was living off-site during the reno), trust and communication was key and throughout the project, Wayne ensured I was fully informed as to what trades were in my home and how things were progressing. Despite me changing some design elements at the last minute (which were accommodated with no fuss), the project was delivered within three days of the estimated time frame.
