Despite many requests to Bathtime Bathrooms, over a period of 16 months, to return to our house to fix poorly mixed grouting between the mosaic tiles on the floor of our completed bathroom, the company never acknowledged phone calls or emails nor offered to return to fix this defect, which totally spoils the look of our otherwise excellent bathroom as some parts of the pale grey grouting are actually white.

18 months ago my wife and I decided to upgrade our 1979 house to join the 21 st century. Tony and Wayne were engaged to do the work. The tradies were wonderful and very polite, happy to make changes to please us. We now have 2 fantastic bathrooms, new toilets, downlighting, and a new kitchen which can only be described as magnificent. All who see it are stunned. Our house has been transformed and is a delight to live in it. Tony and Wayne are our good friends today, and we still keep in touch. Three bathrooms and a laundry all at the same time is a big job. We were very pleased with Bathtime Bathroom’s attention to detail and the excellent quality of their work. They inspired confidence right up front. They know bathrooms back to front. We really appreciated working with people who are personally and professionally great to work with!

We had two bathrooms gutted, in one case extended, and completely renovated by Bathtime Bathrooms and are delighted with the results. Given there was a lot to do, there were quite a few tradies tasked with the varied aspects of the project. Occasionally keeping track of it all was complex but the team were great and their work was thorough and excellent. Bathtime renovated our bathroom more than a year ago and we were really pleased with quality of their work. Their tradespeople were friendly, punctual, highly experienced and always cleaned up after themselves when they left.

A problem with our shower base showed up after the bathroom was completed and it took quite a long time for Bathtime to respond when we advised that it needed to be fixed, which was frustrating and worrying. However when they eventually did, the issue was thoroughly inspected and the repairs were completed efficiently and to a high standard, at no cost.

We're glad to be able to say Bathtime do honour their warranty and take pride in doing a job well, although it may take a bit longer than expected.
