I have installed a split system before using another company in a previous home. I wasn't all that happy with their backup service. So this time I decided to go with Bayair Electrics I met with Tom who was pleasant, knowledgeable and quoted me a good price so I decided to go ahead on the spot with installation in the following few days. The installation was a bit complex due to the position of the unit on the roof and I was told there would be have to be a hole cut into my laundry wall which would be repaired in order to centrally hang the internal unit over a doorway in my family room otherwise the unit would have to be stuck in the corner of the room which they explained could annoy me with it looking odd being off centre. I decided to go that way as I didn't want to bother with painting etc. a newly repaired wall. When Max came to install he went out of his way to avoid the wall being altered and spent extra time and found a way of installing the inside unit where we both thought it looked best. This is a family run business and they appear to go out of their way to make their customers happy. Even to the point of helping me with a small carpentry issue of which I am extremely appreciative. I will definitely be recommending the Bayair team to family and friends looking to install a quality Daikin air conditioner. Thanks Tom, Max and Josh for a job well done.

I am so happy with Bayair Electrics and my beautiful new Daikin air conditioner. The day it was installed there were a couple of things that concerned me, so I spoke to Tom about it and he was absolutely true to his word about wanting his customers to be 100 per cent happy before he accepts payment. So these issues were rectified - in fact I believe Tom went above and beyond what his obligation was in the end - and I am just thrilled to bits with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Bayair to anybody because Tom will not be happy until you are happy.
