I'm not usually the sort of person to complain or leave a bad review, however I'm pretty annoyed at the unprofessional service I received from this company. My mother's Peugeot 307 was experiencing idling issues and an anti-pollution fault warning coming up intermittently. Anyway, I told her to take it to Bayside European, since they are supposedly experts on European cars and have all the best diagnostic equipment. They told us that they had given the car a thorough examination and that it was basically stuffed with water ingress and corrosion throughout the wiring loom and within the ECU. They quoted her approx. $5000 to fix it. They claimed that because it was an old 2007 model, it probably wouldn't be worth repairing it. Anyway, I took the car away and had it checked by two other mechanics and they both said there was absolutely no water ingress or damage to the loom or ECU??? The other mechanic promptly sourced the problem, which was just some dirt/grease built up on the throttle body. The car is all cleaned up now and running like new. If you find yourself in a similar situation, my advice is go to another mechanic to get a second opinion. I will never take a car back to these guys

Purchased a new Peugeot 4008 from here recently. Special mention to Fabienne who was also very professional and added to the positive experience. Pleasant surprise, was getting a call back from Matt after sealing the deal when they realised it was my birthday - nice touch.
