A fluff-free gym

I've been a member of this gym for the past 20 months. I like it as it is a gym without the 'fluff' you get from a lot of the larger chains these days. It is an environment that encourages you to go in and work out hard. The instructors give good advice and they're very honest in their appraisal which is refreshing.

It's not a very big gym but it does have a ladies only area (not that it matters to me, but I can see the appeal). It has all the facilities you'd want in a gym with two studios and a cardio room.
