I have used the clinic over the years for initially yearly injections .But as my maltese shitzu aged he suffered from arthritis and needed continual medication the service was always excellent and often I was able to receive another dose of medication for my 14yr old dog without the cost of a vet review. BUT the main reason for my excellent score was the amazing help patience and understanding I received in Benson last few months at 16yrs I was reluctant to have him euthanized and keep making appts then cancelling but never was I made to feel a nuisance.The staff were so understanding and when he could finally not eat or drink they helped me to feel right about the final decision I had to make. On arriving at the clinic I was shown straight into a private room and given time with my beautiful loved pet. He was treated with respect and kindness right up to the end. A week later I receved a kind note of sympathy and lovely pet poem Rainbow Bridge.

Best Vet in the area. Don't go anywhere else. Ive been to 2 other Vet's in the area and Beach St is the best. Extremely friendly staff. Only had one bad experience with one of the desk staff & one of the Vets, otherwise brilliant practice.

Used this clinic when my regular vet was away for an urgent case. The vet was excellent and reasonably priced. He gave me clear instructions on treatment and made sure I understood all possibilities/outcomes with my pet's illness and what to do in follow up. Most reassuring!

This practice was highly recommended to me and after taking my cat and dog there for treatment I can confirm the service is caring, professional and friendly. It is obvious they care for animals.

I have been working in the animal industry for 17 years and this is the best vet clinic I have ever dealt with.
The staff are friendly and helpful, all the vets are caring and great with the animals (especially the nervous ones like my old poodle). Their prices are very reasonable and the vets don't hesitate in spending as much time as necessary in their consults unlike many vets we've used in the past.

For many years (15-20) now we have used this vet clinic. Staff know all the dog's and cats by name when you go in. Vet is always thorough when checking for any problems, we have had two dogs there over the last 15-20 years highly recommended.

Emma the vet took care of my dog Molly for the past 2 years on a monthly basis until Molly passed away last November. She certainly is a caring vet that never pushed unnecessary products or services on us unlike some other vets in the area. I always recommend these guys to my family and friends and take our other dog and 2 house rabbits there regularly too. The reception staff are lovely people too!

We've been taking our Dog there since we first got him! He is well looked after by ALL staff members. Whenever we have been worried about something they have always fit us in, it's been very reassuring. The Value for check ups is GREAT! The best I've seen around. All vets are kind and knowledgeable and give you peace of mind =)

Great staff. Always polite, prices are the same as everywhere but the staff seem to really care about your pets and remember you. I have taken my dog in a number of times without an appointment due to emergencies and they have always fit me in with a smile!

Look out for the gorgeous cats they keep around Henry and Murphy - very cute.

We had been running Chihuahua Rescue Victoria for ten years prior to moving to Frankston always experiencing problems with various veterinary personnel. In 1998 we met Euan and have been attending the Beach Street Veterinary Clinic since then for all of our little "rescue" Chihuahuas. Both Euan and Jann have proven, over the years, to be experts with tiny dogs for all sorts of medical and surgical procedures and cures.

the vets here are very good, they know what they are doing. but the ladies at reception over the years have been rude, im unsure if this is because im younger than most people that go there.

My family have been taking all our animals to this clinic for about 16 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. The vets, vet nurses and all reception staff have always been first class. Knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. I have vets much closer to where I live but I have never even considered changing to another vet.

I take all my pets to this surgery and when I make an appointment I am happy to take any vet there as they are all so fantastic. I have cats, dogs, birds, and pet rats and they will see any of my animals quite happily. I also love that they dont charge like a wounded bull unlike other vets in the area.

Have been taking my pets to Euan and co. for the last 18 or so years and would not consider going elsewhere. both Euan and Jan are wonderful vets who are definitely in it for the love of animals rather then love of money! Highly recommended.

I have been taking our family pets here for ten years. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to use the A/H number to find a very caring and helpful vet on hand who offered me some reassuring advice and a solution to my problem. The staff have always been very informative and they have always been wonderful with my pets.
