I have gone to this salon many times over the years and have loved my hair cut, but have always stuck with the same hairdresser. She was on maternity leave when I went in the other day so I said I would be fine to get my haircut by someone else. That was the worst decision I could have made. The staff were rude and unprofessional and the lady who cut my hair took way more off than i asked and left my hair looking uneven and choppy. After reading other reviews online I have decided not to go back to get them to even it up as I know they will just be rude and cut another few inches off. I would not recommend this place unless you can manage to get Sandra.

It doesn’t even deserve a one star. Worst experience ever!

Not only with the hair cut but also with the attitude of one of the female
hairdressers. She claims to have 18 years of experience as a hairdresser,
really???!!!! I strongly feel freshers or even trainers are better than
her.

Besides learning her job of a hairdresser, she also needs to learn how to
talk to customers. Raising voice on customers and when the customer gave it
back to her and decided not to take the service from her because of her
attitude and misbehaviour, she called the security.

How dumb a person can be who cannot even handle a situation by herself, not
to forget 18 years of experience!

After a horrible experience, I went to another salon. The hairdresser there
mentioned I am not the only one who have come after a bad experience at
Beautiful Hair, but there have been more people with similar experiences
like me, and that wasn’t surprising at all.

I am extremely dissatisfied, will never visit Beautiful Hair again. It was
my First & for sure Last visit there.

If you want to remain happy, NEVER visit this salon ‘Beautiful Hair’ which
for me is no less than Ugly Hair experience."

the WORST hair cut i have had in my life. The lady who served me barely spoke English and seemed to just rush my hair cut to get me out of the door as soon as possible. I asked for just two or three inches to come off my hair, and she ended up chopping off about half a foot, leaving me long hair just above my shoulders. she didnt show me the back and rushed me out. I went home and saw that the back was very eneven and there were patches that were over an inch longer than a section of hair next to it. I went back to get it fixed and the attitude and disrespect i got was atonishing. She scraped the metal comb all over my scalp and pulled my hair, before cutting off another inch of my hair whilst telling me that i didnt know what i was talking about and that it looked fine. She then tried to charge me again for another haircut! I am appaled by the service here. They dont care in the slightest about there cutomers. Ive been left with extremely short hair that doesnt suit me at all, as well as a sore scalp from all the pushing and tugging. I honestly could have done a better job by myself at home. This place is attrocious.

I went here for permanent hair straightening after seeing the advertisement saying "From $100" or something like that. Went inside and sat down before being told my hair (medium length) would be $280. It was more than I wanted to pay at a cut-price suburban salon inside a gigantic mall, but I have two children and opportunities to spend 5 hours in a salon are rare, for me. And my parents had just given me some money for my birthday, so I decided to go ahead. I wish I had googled and read the terrible reviews BEFORE my appointment and not AFTER!! frown emoticon SUCH a waste of money frown emoticon The treatment failed, the haircut was terrible, and when I went back they refused to refund my money, even though my hair was the same frizzy mess it is without the treatment. They told me they would fix it, but I would rather shave my head than have a second appointment at this salon. At that price, and with an appointment of that length, you either get it right the first time, or you give me my money back!! There are no second chances!! They told me they "don't do refunds", which I told them is ILLEGAL (look up the consumer legislation in Australia!!). The girl who cut my hair gave me a number, to call management - I said, call it now...she called it and it was a wrong number!! So dodgy frown emoticon They finally got them on the line. they told me that they owned many salons and employed many staff and had never given a refund in 10 years, and that there was no system in place for refunds at the salon. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! Avoid it like the plague!!!

They are really good every time I go but definatly Recommend the women to cut hair! .......

This is a newly opened shopping centre. I have used their service & they have done really good job. Love to visit them next time. The staff are friendly and supportive
