Purchased a "New" Google Pixel phone, that arrived 3 weeks after ordering as it was sourced from a third party in China.
From day 1 of use, the phone kept switching off randomly & after the 5th time I was unable to restart. I contacted Becextech & was asked to return the phone for a "technician to review".
The phone was returned & I was advised there was no issue with the phone. Email after email to resolve the issue, I was accused of falsifying that the phone was faulty & I've been made to pay a ridiculous fee of $128 to have the faulty phone returned!
Absolutely appalling company.

They sent me a phone that didn’t work and have stalled for TWO MONTHS to send me a replacement; I still don't have a phone! I have escalated with Kogan, I have escalated with the TIO, I'm now at the point of just putting stuff up on social media / review sites online because their customer service doesn't have the ability to, you know, serve its customers.
Worst service ever, zero stars, 0/10 recommendation.

Horrible company. Listen to the bad reviews. I don't know what they were offering people for the 4 years they were getting these 5 stars but look at recent reviews. If they are polarising then it's usually a case of a broken clock being right twice a day. Lied about dispatch time through MyDeal. Contacted them about why it hadn't shipped and told them if they don't have the stock cancel the order. They gave me a new dispatch estimate different to what was listed on MyDeal. They buried the lead that the product was a grey import. Minimal contact, zero actual support and I haven't even gotten the product yet. Currently trying to cancel the order so I don't waste my money and minimum 2 weeks of my time. Not worth saving a couple hundred dollars

In January I bought a Samsung flip 4 which lasted 6 weeks before sent back for refund. Was told mine could be fixed was I happy with blue screen. Said I wanted original colour bought. They sent me a phone which was pin locked and not even my phone. Emails sent back and forth over 3 months and told to wait even though a refund requested the whole time. Then an email requesting my pattern lock for my phone. I never had any locks on my phone so probably not mine either. Still waiting for a refund. This is the poorest service I have ever received and is dragging on. Will never purchase again and don't recommend buying from them. A lot of underhanded dealings going on behind closed doors.

I purchased a phone from Becextech on 24th November, with them stating it would leave warehouse in 1-3 business days. 1st December I received an email saying it is not available and encouraging me to pay more to get another type of phone, this seemed ridiculous because the phone offered is generally around the same price as my selection but they wanted and extra $125. I said I would wait. I have been in contact with their service team and received generic responses to my specific questions. The general gist. Their supplier doesn't have stock and they don't know when they will get stock in. Sony has the product in stock and for sale on their website and so do a number of other grey import websites. So I see no reason why supply of my purchase cannot be fulfilled but they continue to say it is not available at the moment. More than a month later I am without a phone. Be very careful with this company, it has already has been reprimanded by ACCC in 2017. I suspect they have no intention of fulfilling my contracted purchase.

It was quick and easy to purchase my iPhone 6 and they kept me update to date every step of the way. It’s a bit pricey, but Apple does not has particular model that I was after. I received my phone in 4 working days . Absolutely happy with the product, and the service provided by Becextech

This was my first order with BecexTech. The order was for a low-cost item and was really a test to determine the viability for additional and larger future orders.
They passed the test with flying colors! Although I was somewhat disappointed the item was properly packaged, but it arrived in excellent condition. On the other hand, the packaging was environmentally friendly, so I guess that was a good trade-off.
I look forward to making future purchases from Becextech in the near future

Product arrived in record speed, and was packaged nicely. Communication was easy also.
Camera seems in good working order. The price was fantastic. My only concern is that it did not come with a manual, which should be standard in every Nikon box.

Everything was great other than this item was out of stock - which didn't show up when I ordered it ... and then, bizarrely, 3 days later I heard from a courier that they would be delivering something.... which I then learned the following day from BecexTech updated the status.... all a little confused but overall an excellent result.

Do not buy from becextech. Purchased from their Australian domain (website) but the phone purchased was gray market (from Hong Kong) which means it can't be repaired or returned in Australia.

Service is run from HK and is horrible. Paid for case and screen protector which didn't arrive. Getting a refund for these was like getting blood from a stone. Responses for delayed shipping was that I have the reference number and I should contact the shipping company.

Horrible, do not buy from them.

Purchased a used item from Becextech and it is just terrific - just what I wanted and even in better condition than advertised (renewed open box). The delivery was great and it just typifies the type of service you can expect every time from them

Purchased camera first, as a caution in case I had any issues with it. Extremely pleased, and it was delivered before time. Then purchased lens, that to came before expected delivery date.
Overall very pleased , and responsive to my email queries about product and delivery status.

I purchased a OnePlus 10 Pro mobile phone via their website in early March 2022, however when it arrived the could not be used as it had a Chinese operating system. It was clearly a major issue and I requested a refund. BexecTech arranged a collection from my home (to their Hong Kong office) and acknowledged the issue but declined to process a refund citing that original items were missing.

After numerous emails back and forth (I was to discover they have a fake Australian address and contact number which belong to a shell company), they eventually advised the items missing were two small packaging items being a plastic phone cover and the white plastic clips keeping the charging cord in place during transit. Australian consumer law is very clear that packaging does not need to be returned if there is a major fault. All other hardware and packaging items were returned regardless.

They then returned the phone against my request stating they had fixed the firmware issue however the phone arrived back with the same Chinese operating system. Running out of excuses, they even stated it was my fault for knowingly purchasing a Chinese made phone that I should have also known had a Chinese operating system. This is equivalent to stating that Samsung phone users need to be from South Korea to use it. I have also used the previous models of the phone without a problem.

The company continue to promote and market itself as a business built for ‘local Australians’ but they have no physical presence here and have a blatant disregard for local consumer law and practices.

Please avoid.

Worst shopping experience ever! I ordered an iPhone X and they sent an iPhone 8. They reckon the screen was cracked when I sent back the iPhone 8 and have refused me a refund. They just keep trying to argue and say it is all my fault. Save yourself the stress and don't buy from this company.

Recieved a new phone (1200 bucks AU). Faulty and they didnt want to refund or replace on the first day. Went off to repair and came back all scratched screen and camera. Never repair . THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OT REPLACE ON DAY 1. battery drains like crazy.. Not worth saving 100 bucks over their website!!

10/10 for everything. Price was by far the most reasonable, online or in store. I was nervous about it since it was an important present, and customer service was lovely about it and responded to my queries within a couple of days. It was delivered far faster than I thought it would be too. Best online buying experience in a couple of years really.

I ordered a iPad from Becextech and I love it. I recieved it in just a few after I ordered it. I ordered a brand new iPad and that’s exactly what I got. I had never heard of Becextech until the day I browsed around the their site. They have a lot of good things to buy and the price is great. I checked some other websites and Becextech was cheaper than most other sites.

Absolutely Appalling. Price for a brand new mobile phone was competitive, but a month later, no phone. And they tell us that WE had to chase it up with the courier. We'll it's been stuck in customs at Melbourne airport, and BecexTech expect US to get it moving.

No other online retailer would do that. Oh, and we have certainly kept contacting their customer service people.

I'm most pleased with the shopping experience I encountered at BecexTech. The price was low, the quality of product, terrific and the service just great. I received my goods in timely fashion and in good condition. I'll be shopping with you again soon

My order was placed late on a Friday afternoon, processed the following Monday and shipped on Wednesday. The product I ordered arrived about 5 business days with no issues. BecexTech didn't call me in an attempt to upsell an extended warrantee or any other items. The transaction was seamless and I have will have no issue in ordering from BecexTech in the future.

We are very pleased with the quality of the phone and have not had any problems to date.
The phone arrived safely, although the box was quite damaged. (not their fault).
Customer service was quick with a reply. Great experience
We will be sure to check your website if we need to purchase electronic products in the future.

So far so good! If delivery is fast and secure (possibly even traceable) could not ask for any better! - Only thing that could have made this experience any better would have been an Aus power adapter instead of the converter. Other than that... Straight A's. Thanks and Well Done!!!

Product was very well priced, was dispatched within advertised time, could have been a little quicker, no concerns on purchase and will use service again, have recommended to a friend who has also just purchased the same product.

Great Price for device and delivery time was about a week and a half from date of order. Device default language was some Japanese but thankfully the first setup page was the language selection screen.
Customer service is very courteous and responsive. Definitely recommended

Very professional ans swift response from your service team.
In my case I would prefer if the estimated time for item delivery was more clearly visible during the process of buying the item as I completely missed it.

Provided a phone number that was disconnected - Ignored repeated attempts to contact them over warranty issue.
I purchased a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone.

It started having screen issues (Flickering, etc) and so I completed the provided warranty repair form and send the phone off to Melbourne for repair.

I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, called the firm, they told me they were waiting on a part from China.
Nothing again for another 3 weeks, I call them again and they tell me they can't fix the phone, contacted Becextech about this issue 3 weeks ago and no reply.

Their phone number in Australia is disconnected - I spent almost $1000 on this phone - I will be very upset if they don't replace it.

UPDATE - June 2021
10 weeks after first having the issue BecexTech send back my phone and part of the screen doesn't have any touch function!!!! Upon further complaining, they just sent me the same email - box up the phone, send it to our repair agent, etc, etc.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced online.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - If you have any issues you will be left without a fully working product and no clear solution to getting it fixed.

I have submitted a dispute resolution application to Fair Trading Australia but won't hold my breath that I will get anything done as the company doesn't have any representatives based in Australia.....

UPDATE AUGUST 2021
BecexTech wanted to send the phone back to me and charge me because they couldn't find the fault I had shown them in a video I sent to them. I would not agree to paying any more money after such a poor experience - so were at a stalemate.

I contacted the office of Fair trading and told them the story - they contacted this company and 2 days later I receive an email stating they would send me my phone and waiver the charges they wanted me to pay (how good of them!!!).

The good news is that there was no cost to approach the office of fair trading and I suggest anyone who has a similar experience with this company that I did should not stuff around with them as they don't care and go directly to the authorities that have some level of power to force them to provide the customer service they strongly promote throughout their marketing materials.

I was recommended to the Becextech through friends, all of whom had related that they were very happy with their purchases and with the overall shopping experience. My experience was just as good and I highly recommend Becextech to all. I will also be purchasing more mobile phones from them in the future as they have the best prices, best products and fastest postage.
