We bought an "used as demo, like new" Iphone X previously and everything was fine. Therefore we purchased another "used as demo, like new" Iphone XS through this website and very disappointed this time. The product has scratches everywhere with some dent and broken pieces the phone. We took photos and sent them, they said those look "normal" and "acceptable condition". This phone is even older, more scratches and broken pieces than my 3-year old Iphone. We were more upset with the customer service than with the product itself after receiving several answers from [retracted due to personal identifier]. We asked to return and asked for refund, she threatened us multiple ways, also saying if we wanted to return, we had to do immediately before the end of the day (while it always took her a couple of days to get back to our messages). Then she complained it would be costly for her to restock while she charged us delivery fees twice + restocking fee of 10% of the product price. We lost hundreds of dollars, and what we got was headache and upset. We then realized that this is HongKong (China)-based company and lots of their products are Chinese IMEI, not Australian one. Please do your own research and you will find out. EXTREMELY UPSET, NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered 2 x Samsung S21 Phones. Waited 16 days for delivery. Tried several times to find out where my order was. Hadn't even been shipped. Was given false information 3 times even after expressing my distress & asking for a refund. Only reason I received my order was because I opened a Paypal dispute. Can't rate them low enough. :(

Nearly used another online shop until I read there reviews. Then read yours and glad I did. Yes my first time with you guys but hopefully not my last. My order is arrived in 5 business days in brand new condition. I will need another camera before December and will check you guys out.

I ordered an ex demo iPhone 7 last Friday and it was delivered today just short of 7 business days and it had to come from interstate. Very happy with how quickly it arrived and the regular updates at every stage of progress. It’s not uncommon for businesses with great reviews to actually not meet expectations but this time it certainly did.

Easy peasy. Not the cheapest but close enough as I needed to know who I'm buying from. Quick delivery except that I added PO Box at which they did not accept. Tracking was awesome and it ended up to local post office. I walked into the post office 10 minutes after delivery.

I just received my new camera but I had several purchases from Becextech. So far I am satisfied for everything. Orders shipped in time. Items are always as described. Question got answered very promptly. So far I enjoyed the experience with Becextech

Have tried to get a replacement screen, black lines across screen. Becex won't replace screen. They believe 3 years is a reasonable time for their product to perform.

Company based in Hong Kong so massive issues re Australian consumer guarantee. Cant talk to anyone, all comms via email, so minimal to POOR access to any support.

No offers for any assistance. Will NEVER buy from them again.

I was concerned with a large purchase such as this and it seemed like the delivery time would take for ever. The Becextech support staff replied to all my messages, assured me my order was in progress and then that their stock was not part of the recall. In the end I received my phone super quick (quicker than their best estimate) and it is as described, new, genuine product, ready for setup in AU, works on the networks here, no problems. I would recommend Becextech.

I was nervous & skeptic at first, about buying a phone I hadn't seen in shops from company if never heard of. Online reviews helped me trust them. I'm so glad I did! I now have an awesome, high spec phone for the same price as what is junk in the big name stores. I would gladly recommend Becextech to friends, etc. I'm so happy that there's now an option to avoid the ridiculous mark up us poor aussies usually have no choice about! I really like my phone and was impressed with the info I received like tracking numbers, etc. I got the phone quickly. I wasn't sure which colour I wad getting as the description said white, but the photo was black...my only feedback is that perhaps Becextech could be very accurate with their descriptions. Thanks

[Removed comment] paid $1273 for a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra plus $20 for express post never even got the phone kept making excuses made me wait 1 week before saying the phone I bought was temporarily unavailable yet they still have it advertised for sale had to ring my bank today to put in 2 disputes against them nothing but [Removed word]

Worst customer service ever.I ordered a sony camera and lens kit and was waiting on delivery Information and I received a email saying that they had made a mistake on the advertised price and I needed to pay another $500 to have the product delivered. I emailed many times trying to get a explanation or talk to a manager about it I got no where. Then I got a email saying the product was not available and would be on backorder that I could wait or cancel the order.
I do not recommend this company to anyone and was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service. I ended up cancelling the order because I didn't believe they would ever send the product to me. Felt like I was pushed into the decision.

After 9 months our refurbished iPhone SE showed stripes on the screen and was unreadable. Checking the warranty and the Dick Smith website I found that Australian Consumer law specified that the phone was protected by law for 12 months. When I contacted Becextech they tried to bluff that warranty was 6 months and that for expired warranty I would need to pay a $55 fee plus parts. I pushed back that it was covered under Australian Consumer Law and had a phone expert check it. The expert said it was probably faulty as a result of the original connection fault that caused it to be reconditioned. Becextech partly caved and said to send it in and they would evaluate it and if faulty they would repair it under Australian Consumer Law. It has been a few weeks now and we have heard nothing.
Update
2 days after lodging a review on Word of Mouth, I suddenly received an email letting me know my phone was being fixed. A couple of weeks later bit arrived, restored to working order. Unfortunately, 2 months without a working phone, we had replaced it with a new one. But a valuable lesson to us all, "Invoke Australian Consumer Law".

I initially had trouble completing the purchase, due to a computer glitch, but the team was helpful in resolving this. After advising the order was being processed, there was a longish delay before receiving confirmation of shipment; and I was pleasantly surprised the goods arrived the following day!

Buyer beware. Despite the assurances on their web site, the NSW Dept of Fair Trading have told me this is a HK-based trading entity and therefore they are very limited in the help they can offer to Aussie customers. So despite BecexTech debiting my account c$1,500 for the camera I had bought, and telling me the order had been processed, they then cancelled the order and refunded my money. I have since bought from a local camera store, albeit at 20% higher price.

When a consumer has been drawn into a shop by an ‘attractive’ price, this is referred to as 'bait advertising', but BecexTech assured me that in this case it was simply 'human error'. After reading some of the other 1-2 star reviews, I can unfortunately see that there are several similar cases of 'human error'.

The products prices are very reasonable compared to other websites. My order was processed fairly quick, however, it took a lot longer to ship compared to the estimate quoted on the website. Order was very well packed and brand new in box so all good
Despite taking longer to ship, the express postage service was excellent! Very happy with service.

Went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Stayed late, did extra research, and was very understanding and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I bought from them and couldn't be happier. Will be sticking around with Becextech for a long time now.

Bought my Galaxy s7 from this site a few years ago now and has held up great. Will be using this website again for newer models.
Only thing worth noting is it came with a US plug instead of an AUS.

EXCELLENT - great prices and offers to being with, not the 100% best, but in the top 3 best offers on the web. 
My experience with them was again excellent. Although the item I ordered was backordered, I was kept informed of the delay and the new arrival date of the shipment. The item arrived on the date projected and was in good order

Spent +$2500 on Olympus OM-D E-M1 camera & lens kit. Items in kit arrived at in separate shipments at various times (all much longer than expected) and some didn’t arrive at all. Items were advised they were in post, than later advised not available (even though items still appear online for sale). One item returned and was refused reimbursement (as promised) & postage cost denied.
I thought I was supporting an Aussie company but items were held up overseas.
Worst, drawn out experience ever.

I was excited to purchase the new Oneplus 8 pro and after doing a bit of research I finally decided to take the plunge with Becextech. Boy ohhh boy, did I go wrong!!!

After making the order, I was promised to receive the item within 4-7 days, after 2 weeks of waiting I finally received it!!! after waiting for 2 weeks I couldn't wait to get into it! But after opening the package I realised to my dismay that they sent me the wrong phone!! a one plus 8, not 8 pro. Valued and sold on there website for $500 less than what I purchased at $1350.

Not only that but under my details on the package, it had someone elses phone number, and within the box had a US charger adapter, not Australian!?!?!?

After emailing them and telling them what happened. I was asked to take approx 20 photos of the product, products box and serial number. 2 weeks after I received the item, and with numerous emails back and forth. I was finally notified that they would not refund or exchange my item, as they believed that it was not the phone they sent me. Yet it was the only phone I received that came out of the box with the tracking number they provided!

I did not accept this verdict and after numerous emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue(they have no phone number to help customers, only email) , they finally told me to write and Affidavit confirming my version of events which I did and sent back to them.

After 8 weeks of back and forth emails since I received the item, and 10 weeks since I purchased it. I am left with a phone that I did not purchase and $500 out of pocket.!!!!

Now they want me to send the phone I do have back to them, and trust them that they will send me an 8 pro!!!! how can I trust them now????? After everything that has happened. All I want is the difference of $ refunded to me and to keep the phone that they did send me, which they wont do.

This companies customer service is horrible!!! With no contact phone number, and the customer service email closed on weekends along with the wait time to reply to emails up to 3 days!!!! Trying to resolve an issue is near impossible!

My advice.... Spend a bit more money and go with a company that can be trusted.

STAY AWAY FROM BECEXTECH!!!! TRUST ME!

I shopped around for the new Fuji XT4 and Becextech prices were really good. It was such a big purchase, camera and 3 lenses and i was quite nervous about buying from a company that i had not heard of before. I needn't have been as the transaction was easy and smooth. Delivery was just over a week, which was amazing given the state we are in in Victoria. I could not be happier with the service, delivery time and the products received. I would definitely purchase from them again. Very Happy

I have purchased several items from Becextech and havenever had anything but superb service from them. Great prices and fast freedelivery. It doesn't get any better!!

The representative I dealt with wascompletely professional and excellent all-around. He took time not only toexplain different options but also to look for other items which might fit myparticular situation.

Receive the product in time. Contacted customer service about a perceuvwd oroblem. They were really helpful. Problem realised within minutes. Would recommend company.

I love my new phone. It was as described, a great price, delivery was well within the estimated timeframe and the extras (earphones, power pack, screen savers etc) were very welcome additions. I will definitely be back to buy again. Thankyou.

Item arrive damaged however their customer support was fantastic in getting everything straightened out. I highly recommend Becextech, their prices generally beat eBay and other electronic retaillers and their customer service can't be matched!

I really ever have to contact customer service, but when I do they always go above and beyond to take care of me, the address on my concerns let me know exactly what my options are and even help me to set things up to make sure I’m doing it correctly thanks again Becextech
