I do not recomend buying from this store at least online.
I ordered a demo refurbrished s8 phone. I also ordered a charging pad and case and screen protector.
Phone turns up with a s7 charger and nothing else. I contact them to say hey you forgot the rest of my order and they did not respond. I then attempted a week later to contact them and i was angry by this point and they say "we do not promise to send a charger with our phones but you can keep the one we sent"
We didnt have the other things you ordered at the time of shipment but we can process a refund in a few days.
Judging by the reviews this is common and its common for the phones not to last. Stay away from this place go elsewhere.

We knew what we wanted, checked Becextech to price compare.. They beat out the others, we made our order without difficulty, all was clear and straightforward. The order arrived on time.! As I said, no problems here, we'll continue to check out Becextech!

I had an urgent order for a new phone because I was leaving the country for a month. The team were really responsive to queries and updates. My order was initially held up because of some verification procedure with was a bit frustrating. But they managed to get the phone to me within a few days of the order being processed - well before I left the country - which was really awesome.

Bought a GH5 (camera), It was the cheapest one I could find. It worked fine at first then down the line it developed an internal problem (dead pixels). I returned it on warranty 8 weeks ago but still have not received the camera back. I thought the 4-6 weeks of standard repair time they told me was excessive but 8 weeks is ridiculous.

I have lost thousands of dollars in that period due to being out of work from not having my camera. Next time I'll pay the extra couple of hundred and go with another company that looks after you when it counts.

This is a horrible business who should be shut down. Do yourself a favor before you buy and google ACCC BecexTech. If you still buy from them knowing they sold fake iPhone's to others don't be surprised when you have problems. I have a letter from Apple advising that a phone I bought from BecexTech is a FAKE. I only realised it was fake when Apple wouldn't repair it.

I would recommend them to everyone. I was so impressed with the level of service, I bought a phone and received it within 2 days shipped to Australia. Great price, good range of products. I will definitely be buying here again!

I have been a Becextech customer for 2.5 years now. Never had a problem with getting what I wanted and needed. Have only had to return an item once due to manufacturers problem and they took care of that right away. Wouldn't think of doing business with anyone else. They really are that good.

UNSATISFACTORY. Products are at best dodgy, and customer service is slow and unsatisfactory. I bought two iphone 5S's for my duaghters - both stopped working 1-4 weeks after purchase. Sent both phones back at my expense - returned 8 weeks later only to break again. Sent back, and Becextech refused to acknowledge the fault on one and changed me $55 admin fee. Phone came back and problem re-occuured so they refunded the $55 and after another 8 weeks sent a replacement phone. This then stopped working, and I returned again demanding a full refund - to be told Aus Post didn't deliver despite a tracking number and Aus Post claiming they delivered. I am now in a no win situation - terrible customer service, terrible product. My advice is to avoid at all costs - its cheap, and you get what you pay for!!

Be aware of the misleading free insurance offer on there products, I dropped my phone and had it repaired at my cost as I did not have the time to send the phone away to Becex tech nominated repairer whom is a fair distance away, when the phone was repaired by my repairer ( I replaced the screen because it cracked when I dropped it ) it continued to have call drop outs so I asked Becex tech to repair it under the free insurance they offer with the phone, it seems that the free insurance they offer is only if the phone is damaged when they post it out to you, so they offer free insurance for postal delivery only, what a misleading offer, why not make this clear? why would the consumer require free insurance for postal delivery when it is the Vendors responsibility to deliver the phone and to deliver it in new condition? This company is not a company I could recommend, I will for one never consider purchasing anything from then and consumers please be aware of the false advertising.

Contacted Becextech with a question about my order and received a quick and courteous response. I only had to contact them once and they answered my question with a minimum of effort on my part. Very enjoyable transaction.

It was really a great deal. I recommended the same deal to my three friends and they also bought this product and they are really happy and fully satisfied with the product (iPhone x).

Wanted a new Canon 5d Mark IV camera. Becextech had it in stock when other retailers didn't (it was 3 weeks a go or so). Placed a web order and the Camera shipped same day! I appreciated they update the order status as it is processed through their system

After dealing with other company for 3 weeks and I still didn't get my Samsung Note 8 even I made a full payment. Total flat up with the service.
However with BecexTech, I even email their customer service to check the stock availability before I placed my order, they gave me their answer quickly.
Only took me 5 days to get my order, totally happy their service, efficiency & price. Highly recommend company to buy things from.
Sure I will return when I need to make other purchase.

Terrible, terrible service! I seriously don't believe those other recent reviews.
It took nearly a month to receive my item. I thought I was buying from a local company, given the name but it comes from hong kong. The website gives me no obvious indication that they are an overseas company.
Furthermore when after a week I asked where my item was, all I got in reply was polocy explanations and links to more excuses I didn't wish to click on. It took several email attempts over serveral days to receive a very basic answer as to where my item was. It took almost 3 weeks to finally dispatch.
My order finally arrived only to find the screen protector and cover was missed out. I emailed them to send me the items a.s.a.p. only to receive a reply asking if I wanted them to send me the missing items!?! - More stalling tac tics!
I am still waiting for my missing items. I feel unvalued as a customer and completely vulnerable, given no helpful correpondence throughout the process. I'm not new to ordering things from hong kong and elsewhere, I know what to expect, this was unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I brought Canon GX7 Mark ii from them half month ago and it works well, good quality production and perfect service. My device arrived also speedily even shipped from Hongkong. I recommended this shop.

I purchase a new S8+ Plus phone, great value, quick delivery.

I have never had a better customer service experience than what I had with Becextech. I had a faulty phone and needed to have it returned. They paid for the return and promptly sent a replacement. I forgot to include a cord with the return but they still accepted it without question. Incredible service! I will never buy phones from another store again.

This was my first time using Becextech and it was a great experience. They were extremely helpful when I contacted for product related questions and placing my order. When I received the products, one was defective and contacted Becextech. April was very understanding and extremely helpful with replacing the item. With great customer service, Becextech will be my go to for electronic related purchases. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I have shopped with Becextech for some time and have always been a happy customer. Items arrive within an acceptable timeframe; the quality is usually what I expect as value for money, and on the rare occasion when something hasn't worked out the support service has been excellent. I have no hesitation in shopping with Becextech for most items.

Horrible Horrible very hard to communicate with. Only responded once a day. I waited 4 weeks before they even said its sent. Tried to cancel the order for over a week then they wanted to charge me $55 admin fee for doing nothing. Could have bought it off Ebay for a comparable price and had protection through paypal. I suppose lesson learnt and so much for the Leaves warehouse in 3 to 7 business days. Also be aware of the 14 day Peace of Mind guarantee. What this really means is you can return it but Postage is not included and there is at least a 20% restocking fee. So on a brand new phone it was going to cost me $160 to return a $500 phone.

Be aware that the product is shipped from overseas and it can take up to 7 days to leave the warehouse. I'd recommend purchasing from another company with the same price before GST, stocks in Australia and same day dispatch. They told me my purchase will be delivered in time within 1 week, ordered on Thu 10am, it is Sat now, still stuck at processing status.

BecexTech without any integrity.
I bought a moto Z cell phone and its battery has some problem.
When I send this phone to their repair agent to fix it. They told me my phone has physical damage on the screen.
However, the screen totally does not relate to the battery. It is not a reason to deny the warranty.
They told me to pay money to return or repair the battery.[Redacted generalisation]
Do not buy anything and do not trust their warranty

BecexTech is not an Australia company and sells Hong Kong products. So you can not repair items in Australia, even if the manufacturer has a service center in Australia.

I've bought HTC M9 from this company, the phone broke down screen in 6 months ask for refund warranty not done. The store I asked for $55 for me to pay for them to check the phone, and end up taking the phone away. I swear on my life, don't buy from this dodgy company. They don't sell genuinely new products.

Very quick turnaround and the phone is just as the description I could not be happier with the phone and service. I would not hesitate to purchase another phone from Bacex Tech

A few years back I bought an iPhone 5s from these guys and was absolutely happy with them. In January 2018, I needed another mobile phone but I doubted whether they had kept their quality of service or not since I had had a very bad experience with a similar company (Android Enjoyed) which through years went so downhill that in practice it transformed to a scam company. Reading BecexTech's reviews, however, I decided to give it a go and place an order and I am so happy that I did it. They are now even better than before. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with Becextech twice so far. Both times the service was excellent. The goods I received (1 S2 tablet,1 S6 phone and an Asus Zenfone) were all top quality, brand new items in their original unopened packaging.And of course the price was really competitive.The staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. They also were quite knowledgeable about all my queries and they answered all of them without referring me to anyone else.Both times the goods were delivered well within their published processing times (in my case just a week from the order placement). I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them for your technology related purchases.
