Things was not too well this time but Becextech helped resolve a shipping loss issue (luckly I opt for an insurance). They sent out replacement as soon as an official confirmation was issued. The speed of delivery was remarkable (Opted for Priority Delivery), i ordered on a sunday, public holiday on monday, received Fri afternoon. Product was as specified and works great. Second phone i have bought here.

This was our second phone purchase from this company, both times the sale went smooth as. Whilst buying and paying for this phone the internet almost crashed out and went very slow. I didn't think payment went thru so I paid them again only to find I had indeed paid them twice. the money was refunded with no hassles once my bankcard statement came in and I noticed it. Well done.

It took a while but I eventually got a replacement phone after the one I ordered arrived but with an American service provider installed on it as a default, which meant mobile data would not work. Given that I ordered the phone from within Australia and from an Australian company, I was suprised and disappointed at this. However getting a replacement phone was pretty straightforward. It just took a little while. The replacement phone has arrived now and all is working fine, so overall the company has done the right thing and I would use them again.

I bought a Galaxy S7, which turned up within a week, which was fantastic, but the case and screen protector took 2 and a half weeks to turn up, which I thought was a bit too long. Customer Service was very good in relation to the late arriving case and screen protector.
They are also very serious about security which made me as a customer feel better. great job guys!

Never deal with them. We ordered a phone through them and 12 months later we are still without a phone, we have sent it back twice now due to it not working properly. They are claiming it works fine and are asking for an additional $55 administration fee to send it back to us. I am assuming by the time we find out it does not work again and send it back to they will say it is no longer under waranty.

I would like to highly commend the Becextech team on their excellence in customer service as I needed to recieve my product within a few days of purchase and when I informed the their staff of this they did everything in their power to ensure that it arrived on time.

Ordered Canon SX720 on a Sunday and received it on Wed. What can I say, fastest purchase and delivery I've had. Everything can be tracked online so that I know when to be home to receive the courier. Everything in the package has local set up and English instructions. Very happy with the camera and overall purchase.
