Before I made my purchase with them, I pestered them with few questions about the details of the product. They gave me good detailed answers. After the purchase transaction was made, they gave me regular updates about the status of my order and got it shipped very promptly. The product I received was exactly as they had advertised it, and was brand new. I will look to their site again next time I'm looking for a similar product

Trouble free experience and very happy with my purchase. Easy to order online, delivered within a week and everything exactly as ordered and expected. Good communications throughout the process made the overall experience very good and will definitely use Becex Tech again.

The product was as per photos and description. I was very happy with my phone. The ordering process and website were all easy to navigate and complete. Prices were very reasonable. Delivery times were as described - only had to wait 4 or 5 days (quoted 3 to 7 days).

I bought Samsung S7 Edge which cheaper than other competitors around Australia, meanwhile some issues were so horrible with Becextech.

First, the delivery estimate was longer than should usual. There was no further information in advance. While I asked why, they replied it. That's mean, if I didn't ask it, it would be no information.

Second, the do not ever buy case and screen protector here (10 AUD each). The quality of both of them are awful. Case has no hole for camera and use sticker only which can drop your phone easily.

Third, charger of phone is not suitable for Australia electricity. The phone is imported from Hong Kong, but at least they should provide adaptor. I asked for that, they said they will send it to me, but until now on it's never arrived. It's been 7 weeks anyway!

Fourth, contact customer service by using email took longer for me. Since we have missed understanding among us, it took so long to email - reply - email etc. I prefer they provide phone number as well as a part of customer service. It will be more efficient.

Same experience with an Iphone. They don't want to know you if you have a problem and you carry all the cost of postage and inconvenience. Never again. 5 years in a row service awards??? from who exactly???

Agreed, terrible company do not trust with your money. My phone missing key parts internally when my phone was repaired by a Sony repair centre, had dodgy chinese after market parts...

I am totally blown away with Becextech they are very easy to deal with they back up their sales pitch and are most accommodating and friendly. If that was not enough their packaging is superb and if not for the state of transport in AU which is ordinary at the best of times, I would have given 5 stars for Delivery. I give you a %100 and above rating totally pleased, Thank you all.

POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

28 Sep to 22 Dec 2016 repair is simply not inline with Australian Consumer Law. It is not reasonable by any means.

Surely after a 70 email conversation over 7 weeks, it would have been cheaper and easier for them to provide a replacement phone and then allocate my repaired phone to the next person who suffers a major hardware failure requiring a reconditioned phone replacement.

In Oct 2015 purchased a Samsung S6 edge+ dual SIM from BecexTech.

In Sep 2016 the 4G modem died. Personally hand delivered the phone the BecexTech's local repairer in Springvale VIC - Mobile Phone Clinic (MPC) - within the 12 month warranty period on 28-Sep. Have a receipt to confirm the phone was received.

On 10-Oct, spoke to MPC who advised that they had already advised BecexTech the previous week that they could not repair the phone.

On 12-Oct, BecexTech finally confirmed MPC could not fix the phone. They proceeded to say they would send it on to their second repairer (as per the warranty conditions) but that their 4 week "reasonable repair time" clock restarted from that date. And the quoting of T&Cs, warranty, etc, starts.

On 17-Oct, BecexTech advise the second repairer is working on it.

On 24-Oct, BecexTech still unable to advise whether the repairer can fix the phone or will supply a replacement (as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL)). They continue to push that their T&Cs take precedence over ACL

On 27-Oct, BecexTech advise that the second repairer doesn't actually have the phone, that it is on the way, and that it could be up to 6 weeks more.

On 2-Nov, Becextech try to say the phone wasn't received by the first repairer (MPC) until 10-Oct (ignoring doco from MPC). They state 11-Oct MPC confirmed unable to repair the phone. They say they didn't get the phone until 17- Oct but then didn't send it to the second repairer until 24-Oct (1 week later). They couldn't even confirm the phone has been received for repair.

7-Nov, they say they will try to fix it. It's not rocket science, can it be repaired or not - if "try" then is the phone going to be safe to use afterward?

15-Nov, advised earliest repair date will be 29 Nov and then their normal 'new phone' delivery timeframes will apply. As the phone is now at their repairer in Hong Kong, standard delivery means: 5-7 business days before dispatch, then 5-10 business days delivery, i.e., 22-Dec, just shy of 3 months since the phone was presented for a warranty repair.

This does not conform the Consumer Affair Victoria's and ACCC's fair and reasonable time for repair. So it's now in process to go to VCAT.

It's very clear BecexTech either has inadequate process for managing warranty claims or truly doesn't care.

Approximate cost: $988

I was in a seven month email conversation in which they wouldn't admit to sending me an inferior phone. Your 7 weeks is nothing.

Shopping on the BecexTech website was simple, prices were consistent with competitors, and shipping was efficient. I also mistakenly ordered a camera without a bundle instead of a camera with a bundle (same price). Becextech expedited the bundle package to me at no charge.
Items were all in excellent condition and there were no problems with my order

Ordered my phone on a Thursday and it arrived at my house 4 days later on Monday morning. I was very impressed!

I ordered my camera on Tuesday morning and got a confirmation e-mail 3 days later, with a tracking number. I was super-nervous, ordering such an expensive item.
Early on Wed morning (next week), I checked the tracking number and found that my order was in Australia, a few hours drive away! I am super-impressed. My camera was well packed, exactly as described.

I will absolutely order from Becextech again, and am happily recommending you to others.

Attentive customer service. Although I had to cancel my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Gold order from Becextech due to the backorder status, it's not their fault. When they have something in stock, they're fast to get it out the door. When you have a problem, they're quick to respond to an email. Their attentive customer service convinced me to return.
