Great product and delivered just on the maximum predicted date however there was no tracking available. We looked at the site regularly and it just showed the purchase. It wasn't updated to despatched or in transit etc. It's a small criticism but it did make us doubt your authenticity when we saw nothing updated. Thank you in all other ways.

Beware of this company. You maybe not getting what you think you are (refurb vs new)

I was sold a phone which was supposed to be brand new, firstly the charger was completely damaged and not functional. Which on it's own took far too long to get another one sent out, had to send emails back and forward with photos...

I accidentally broke the screen and had the phone repaired by licensed Sony repairer, I was then informed that I had been sold a refurbished phone, and that the screen damage was highly likely caused by this phone not being assembled properly.

1. Back glass was missing the black coating on it for better adhesion and waterproofing, what was on my phone was most likely after market.
2. Most importantly was missing the earpiece adhesive (which is to provide water proofing, audio channelling (directing the sound out the hole), anti rattling between glass and metal and to provide support to the screen around the ear piece glass, which was suggested to me would have aided in the screen cracking far too easy in combination with the fact that this screen was not likely to be a genuine Sony part (as per below)
3. Does not have a Sony digitiser has some unbranded one, most likely a Chinese copy.
4. Screw was missing off the mother board.
5. NFC antenna didn’t seem to be factory
6. Missing antenna bracket, which connects to the motherboard in 3 places and holds down the rear camera connection.

Obviously not happy at all

Don't get taken for a ride by this crowd, beware that you are not likely to be getting brand new items, if you get a well reassembled/refurbished product then your lucky and probably the only reason this site gets positive reviews.

I have now given this device to the family member that I purchased the phone for, and have now discovered that the proximity sensor is always on (not working) so unless while making or receiving a phone call, unless the other party hangs up the call the phone remains in a black screen until you hard reboot it

Wow! I brought a Sony phone off this website as well and I've had nothing but issues! Interesting you say yours ended up being a refurnished phone as that's what I suspect with mine! The charger I received with my phone also damaged and stopped working within two weeks! And now six months after asking for a replacement under warranty I am STILL waiting for one. Absolutely ridiculous!
My phone also had an issue, within a month or two of having it my gps stopped working so I sent it back in for repairs. They refused to fix it under warranty but would not provide any evidence to back up why they were refusing.
A find of mine is also currently experiencing massive issues with this company!

So so so disappointed, angry and exhausted from arguing with a hopeless company.

I think I will get my phone assessed by Sony Australia to see if it is also refurbished.

DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN SITE! The head office is in Hong Kong.

We have a problem with an iphone purchased from this company - turns out when we took it to apple it is an illegally refurbished (NOT AS NEW!!) phone! It had been previously repaired (not by apple) and internal parts replaced.

The phone was originally purchased in America and returned in November 2015 with the same problem. A new phone was issued and this phone sent to be destroyed. However this has not happened (without using the exact words the tech suggested a case where it has ‘fallen of a truck’ and been illegally removed from the apple system). The serial number is listed with Apple as being replaced with a new phone and the faulty phone should have been destroyed. The phone should not be in circulation.

Apple will now not repair this phone EVER! If you end up with a problem like us you will be stuck with a phone that apple will not repair in the future. We have tried through paypal, Fair Trading, Choice and now registered the complaint with the international body ecosumer.gov. To date they have not replaced the phone for one with a valid apple serial! UNACCEPTABLE!

Thank you. I have forwarded this to Fair Trading & Choice. Choice is now looking at media coverage of this. Please send your details the them as well. These dodgy refurbs are also a serious safety issue. The more people complaining the better!!

Winner team. Over the past few months I've ordered a few phones from BecexTech, two are new and one used. So far I've had nothing but great service, website is easy to navigate, lots of products both new and used, pricing is competitive (could be a bit lower), costumer service very helpful and knowledgeable, and super fast shipping and secure packaging.
Thank you.

Had to return a tablet that came a day too late and that I found cheaper in time for my convention. Online it wanted to charge a restocking fee, but after explaining my situation to They finally waived that and gave me a free return shipping label. The whole process was HASSLE-FREE and the service was pleasant and fast! You have a new fan!

I brought a Samsung Galaxy S4 two weeks ago and it was my first purchase online for a phone. I read all the great reviews and this company did not fail my expectations. They delivered within their timeframe and not only answered my queries but kept in contact on the delivery. I am happy with my new phone and would definitely recommend BecexTech.

Super satisfied with Becextech. The first lens was defective, so I emailed customer service and they organized a pick up. I just received the replacement lens yesterday, and it works great. I have bought a lot of things from Becextech in the past, and I have always been totally satisfied with the prices and the quick delivery of everything. This is the very first time I ever had to deal with customer service, and I felt they were fantastic. A+ all the way. I will keep buying from them, as they deliver what they promise, without a sales pitch or bait-and-switch, ever.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I was sent a very suspicious-looking Samsung S6. When I say suspicious, I mean that it looked like a dodgy rebuild or knock-off. I had it alongside my current, but broken, S6 for comparison - it SHOULD have been identical, but was not. I ordered the gold version, which was a different colour gold (very gaudy and cheap), had a different finish, the logo/lettering was different, the box was plain and unbranded. The box was also missing the user manual, missing half the parts (including the SIM-tray removal pin), and had a very clearly fake power adaptor (cheap plastic, bent plugs, no Samsung fast-charge function).

To add to the obvious cosmetic defects and missing parts - which already set off huge alarm bells in my mind - upon trying to use my Australian (Vodafone) SIM, I was unable to connect to 4G, despite the website clearly stating that the phone was 4G enabled and compatible on Australian networks. I contacted Vodafone, who were very helpful. They looked up the model number and informed me that the model I had been sent was only able to run on US network frequencies. Those same frequencies have not been operational in Australia for several years. A friend in the industry later verified this for me.Essentially, the phone was useless in Australia, despite being bought from a site called "Becextech Australia". (What a joke!)

I contacted the company who did everything they could to basically accuse me of being wrong, and that "no, the phone definitely works". They then tried every possible option to have me accept an exchange, rather than a refund, so I escalated the matter to PayPal (very glad I used this payment option). There was NO WAY I was going to accept an exchange, and receive yet another dodgy phone. I insisted on my refund. After much back-and-forth, the company eventually agreed to a refund, minus a 7.5% "restocking fee" (apparently it's normally 15%, but due to me escalating the matter to PayPal, they wanted to resolve the matter as quickly as possible). Bear in mind also, that I still had to pay the original shipping cost (non-refundable) and the cost of returning the item.

So all up, I ended up spending nearly $100 in shipping and restocking fees, on a complete LEMON of a phone.

Do not use this site. I am disgusted and embarrassed to have been duped like this, particularly after checking reviews of the company before purchasing, and looking over their terms and conditions. Alas, I was still caught out. I can only assume that the positive reviews online are placed by paid employees of the company - if you take the time to read the negative reviews, you'll see countless similar stories to mine.

Do not trust the positive reviews! You'll also note that they have reviews and wall posts disabled on their Facebook page... one has to wonder why.

Approximate cost: $510

I'm having the same problem. They told me to send the phone back if I went to apple I would void my warranty. So I sent it back now they have lost it in the mail.. I have nothing. My brother is a lawyer I will keep perusing this.

Ditto- I bought a phone through Becextech for $287.95 - it had a faulty wifi adapter and couldn't be repaired and after 6 months of hopeless communications they would only agree to refund $163. I have lodged a complaint through Consumer Protection - do not buy through them. Their after sales service is terrible. I did not realise I was buying a 4 year old second hand phone either! It is really not clear on their website.

Send all our complaints into the office of fair trading as well, this company is now well in the radar of them, and more complaints will help cement an outcome, hopefully IMO shutting this business down
