Received my phone today. The free case didn't come with it but I'm assuming it will come as a seperate package? The phone seems to work great, only thing is the manual was in a different language (to be expected with overseas stock). I had a query and customer support were very quick to respond. It took 7 days to receive with priory shipping. Overall Im pretty happy with the purchase and will probably use them again

I bought an Iphone from this company after researching reviews about this company. Most reviews at the time were positive, but since I've had problems, so have many others with Iphone purchases. The delivery was very slow (I now know that this is due to the company being based overseas, but advertise as being Australian) and the phone case I'd ordered was missing. I was initially happy with the phone but within months the phone started playing up. (These phones are not new as advertised but refurbished from overseas). I returned the phone at my cost to an address in Point Cook, Victoria after which I'd say it gets shipped back overseas. I've sent numerous emails over the last 5 weeks questioning what is happening with the phone and the answers are very vague to say the least. I will now be contacting Fair Trading to see where I stand as I'm out of pocket $550 and still don't have a phone. Avoid this company at all costs !

Well, having received a Samsung Galaxy S5 after three weeks of waiting only to find it was faulty, I did as I was told and sent it back at MY own cost because BecexTech dont think they should pay when they supply faulty goods.

After another TWO WEEKS, it was confirmed as faulty and they replaced it with the replacement arriving several days after they said I would receive it.

Think that is bad for a $400 phone? Well what if I told you the replacement phone also failed - though this time it was about 3 weeks later. Now BecexTech want me to send THIS second phone back at my own expense so they can waste another 3 weeks before replacing it again and of course when TWO Samsung phones arrive and are faulty you have to start querying how that can be.

Samsung Galaxy S 5 is a top phone so why would TWO of them (so far) be faulty? Well my guess is they are either NOT new as advertised but in fact refurbished faulty phones OR are not even genuine Samsung!

SO, I will be again forking out over $10 to send their junk phone back to them so we can go through the exercise AGAIN and probably again and again!

If you are considering buying the Samsung Galaxy S 5 - GOOD choice BUT dont get it from this mob. They sell second quality phones and claim they are perfect and they have NO conscience about taking your money and cheating you!!!

They REFUSE to accept they sell rubbish and wont credit me, just want to go on and on back and forth with returns in the hope that either one of the faulty phones they send me wont show its fault till the warranty expires or I will get fed up. Bad news BecexTech, I will keep sending it back till it costs you more in freight than you made from selling me your shonky phone!

Save yourself the hassles do NOT buy from BecexTech - not ANYTHING because if they sell shonky Samsungs then they sell shonky everything.

Didn't get many status updates, only an email saying that the order was processing. I sent an email for an update a week later, and they sent a prompt reply, which was good. And then the next day I got my phone which was as described. Then received a couple of emails afterwards with confirmation and thanks. Great product at a very good price and great service. Have already recommended them to family and friends.
