I decided to buy my Canon EOS 7d Mark II from Becextech and placed the order, the service really was as quick as all the reviews I have read. I ordered it on Thursday Morning, it arrived Tuesday morning! I was pretty excited - its my first DSLR (SLR for that matter) so I was constantly watching the parcel tracker which updated every few hours. I love, love, love this camera a nd imagine it will be a few years before I am fully conversant in all its functions! I am definitely going to have fun learning!

I order a Sony Xpedia 2, 1 Case and 1 Screen protector. Waiting for 20 days and got only Phone. I never experienced any bad service like this. All the response were just waiting. Now im sending email to ask abt the Case and the screen protector. P.s I will never come back to it

I was hesitant to buy an expensive phone via the internet but the transaction was very smooth. Great communication with numerous emails letting me know what was happening and the phone arrived safe and sound. It did take 8 days which I thought was a long time (considering it was express posted) from Docklands to Tasmania and I thought the postage charges of nearly $80 was extreme and would suggest with that sort of charge it should have been in a padded box and sent registered.

The product was received as promised in good condition. There was some confusion about shipping method and time on my part but I was contacted by Becextech representative who explained the problem to me and even gave me a free memory card for the misunderstanding even though it was mostly my fault. Would definitely do business again.

This is my second order from Becextech, the first was over a year ago. I ordered a camera body, and the "goody kit", and a couple of other items. The other items were an afterthought, but one of them was added to the original order at a $6 lower price for it and full price for the other one. No complaints, no issues, no shipping charges. Happy happy!

Very good pricing but goods didn't ship within the advertised but when I emailed them their response was timely and they advised me of stock shortage situation which I verified independently with other suppliers but the bottom line is that I received the item in good condition as advertised and their email response was good once I contacted them.
