I purchased a iPhone 5c, price was great, easy to do business with, and when I made enquiries re delivery they were quick to respond and I received before Christmas, My granddaughter was very happy.

Straight forward web page, excellent price for an iPhone 5s and prompt delivery, despite the Christmas rush. Other tech shops I have dealt with take much longer to ship.

Made a ticket in BecexTech Australia Support System (BASS) to inquire about a mobile phone.. Erwin of support team answered that the unit is in their Hong Kong warehouse and its ETA's around the 29th to 4th of January. I still ordered anyway due to their great deal.. my main disappointment was that Becextech implies it is in Australia, when it appears it is not. However, it only took 3 days to receive my phone shipped from Hong Kong. So i am impressed with that. Lot of chinese on the box and instructions, so hopefully my smart phone smarts out does this.
