After being dissatisfied with the manufacture of the original goods supplied to us, the retailer went out of his way to fix the problem and deliver the goods as requested.

Richard was one of the best sales people I had dealt with in a very long time. He let me relax on the bed for as long as I wanted and answered all my questions and if he did not have the answer then he was on the phone to get them. He even got a sample made up with the mattress as I requested and this was done the same day I asked for it.
