Not sure about the vets. But the puppy pre-school was not all that great. Minimal interaction by the nurse with the pups. Can definitely run it better. Did not find it of any value at all especially compared to RSPCA sessions and some other puppy pre-school sessions our friends have been to where they take individual interest in each pup and spend some time circulating through all the pups etc. Our pup was summarily ignored for the whole 4 sessions. So yes we won't be returning in a rush.

New to Perth, and took a gamble on this place as I knew no one to ask. FANTASTIC gamble! Louise is a fantastic vet, she remembers my fur babies names when I drop in to pick up food and with no appointment! She picked up issues with my 11 year old that other vets hadn't taken seriously in the past and we are now on a brand new journey with a happy and healthy "geriatric" dane!

We purchased a puppy recently and Louise and crew were fantastic helping us as he was younger than thought. Now he is a bouncing 8 week old, healthy and perfect!

The nursing staff at the counter are friendly, efficient and very accomodating. The waiting room is well designed with 3 different areas to wait.

If your looking for a new vet I highly reccomend trying this place. If I moved suburbs I would still travel back for the great service.

Wonderful clinic. We have been taking our pets here for nearly a year, and the staff have been great! They take the time to ensure your pet is calm and happy, that you are well informed and they are all very clearly animal lovers. I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else.

This is the best clinic I have ever been to, I have recently moved to Perth from Sydney and have found Bedford-Dianella vet to be a pleasant experience for me and my cat. The staff were very caring and helpful. Overall great service at a reasonable price.

I am a registered breeder and urge anyone considering to use this service to find an alternative. I took one of my cats there for a test and the vet nurse violently shook her. I witnessed this. When I confronted the vet owner she sided with the nurse. When I asked the nurse why she did it she replied that the cat was going to bite her. The cat was not properly and safely restrained and one would expect a cat to get upset if it got proded three times for a blood test!! This cat is usually very gentle and has NEVER scratched or bitten anyone. This experience has now ruined my cat as she has become timid about going into a carry box.

Sounds like you are a neurotic cat owner to me!
