We recently moved into a house that was still under warranty and soon discovered a bathroom leak. We contact Bellmarch and they sent an inspector around within a couple of days to organise to pull up most of the bathroom and redo the waterproofing, tiling and repair to the downstairs ceiling. I thought we would have a fight on our hands but was surprised when they were so helpful and dealt with the problem straight away even though the house was nearing 6 years old.
