I've been to Belmonte's a couple of times over the last several years. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is tasty. However, I would only go if I had a voucher offering 25% off, as in the entertainment book. The prices are not the best value.

We used to eat here a fair bit. Pizzas have always been fresh and hot with delicious toppings and generous helpings. Lately, the bad has outweighed the good. The last couple of times, the crust appeared to taste stale, and the pizzas were very dry. And it's not cheap by any means. We have no intention of ever returning.

We are sorry to hear your previous experience at Belmonte was not as good as you expected. Belmonte Pizzeria Restaurant is now under new management and we hope you will give the new Belmonte another opportunity to provide the food experience you should receive. Hope to see you again and please make yourself known to me , Peter - new owner. Thanks

I used to love Belmontes, it was a real local institution. Unfortunately it changed owners, and the food and atmosphere have both gone down hill. An OK choice for takeaway pizza in the area, but nothing special

Approximate cost: $15.00

This restaurant was my favourite when I was in school.
But since then, their bases are thinner, toppings not so generous and it's not the same again.
But still a good local experience.

Approximate cost: $20

The pizzas are generously topped and the dough is first class. The setting is quite low-key, but that's part of its charm. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering what you're getting. The staff are always nice and fairly prompt.

I loved the old Owners at Belmontes. I found since the new owners took over, the pizzas are just not the same as is the lack in atmosphere. I used to love their dessert pizzas. In particular the nutella and fruit.

One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. They put so much topping on their pizza that you know you're getting value for money. This was recommended to me and I would recommend it to anyone. I usually go for thin base but this one is different.

Very thick pizza bases, the thickest I've ever had filled to the brim with toppings and not very much cheese. I normally go for thin crust pizzas but these ones are irresistable and one of a kind. I get cravings for them, so distinctive. And don't worry they're not rubbery those horrible rubbery bases but lovely and soft. Its value for money because you end up eating half as many slices as usual. The calzone is also lovely.

Pizzas here are delicious. Worth the trouble of the difficult access. Pizza fillings are
generous and prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

The yummiest pizza ever with a comfortable eating environment. The pizza plus the dough is freshly made. The kids can watch them make the pizza. There is an upstairs, as well as downstairs.

Approximate cost: $20
