Beautiful yarns but so busy sometimes that colours can be on back order a while and shipping can get delayed. Good communication about the delays though.

This business is quite unquie.. you can phone up and get a great amount of help to explain what you want and have it sent out.. or you can look online, pay and also have it sent out.. I hate the largness of other stores, but this is nice as it from yoúr own home and comfort.. screaming kids aside

Always top service at BWM, over the phone, or online. Smooth transactions, and they have the best quality product....I don't buy the rubbish wool and cotton from the two main craft stores anymore. (You know which two I mean!)
I just ordered over the phone again, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and knowledgable about their product...something you never get at big retailers. I've found myself helping customers at the big two because staff were completely ignorant. So nice to have proper service at BWM.

My wife has decided to try and make some pocket money by selling goods on ebay from what she knits. The bargain basement is brilliant to get some cheapish wool or yarn. The staff are very friendly & helpful & also at times they have patterns available if you buy a certain amount in $ value.

I dealt with BENDIGO WOOLLEN MILLS THEN and I am happy to say that all things have not changed except the updating of the colours and lines that they stock. I now go on line to do my ordering and find the cheap postal or no postage costs depending on what you order makes this a very viable deal for me. Well done you good old ozzie company

I use the mail service provided to purchase wool from this shop. The samples they send me actually have a small swatch of the wool attached so much better for getting the feel of what you are buying. Twice I have had to ring for advice before placing my order and the staff were very helpful. This is a wonderful business and the product is of the highest quality. I purchase reguarly by mail order and never has the order not been right when it arrived and delivery is very prompt. I would recomend this business to anyone

If you are having trouble matching wool. or looking for quality yarn, then this is the place to try. The staff member is very helpful.Its not the easiest place to find but persistence will pay off.

It was an EXCELLENT experience! Great service, great staff.. highly recommended! I was so lost as to what to choose.. there was so much variety in the products. However, the staff on hand were very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.
