I have only been a member for a couple of months but I find the trainers are very good and let people work to their own ability. They have plenty of classes to chose from for people that work also.
Benefitness has a great relaxed atmosphere, it has a huge range of great classes from aerobics, step to yoga. Their prices are very reasonable, with different options you can choose from.
