I have been a long term customer and Beserk and have always been so happy with their service and product range. I LOVE this store.

I have been a long time customer of Beserk. I recently purchased their delux and shoe mystery boxes. I am absolutely in love with all the goodies I recieved! The quality and vakue was outstanding, as are all products I have purchased! Thank you! Friendly staff, promp service and exceptional customer service.

I've been a loyal customer with Beserk for more than 3 years now, and will continue to be for a long time. Their shipping is always fast, I've never had any problems from their end with orders, and they're always open to any requests I have with my orders! I'd rather buy from Beserk than directly from the brand as I find this company to be more reliable than most of the brands themselves. Highly highly recommend!

I have only good things to say about Beserk online shop. They are quick and efficient . The best thing about Berserk is their customer service. The people that I've felt with are pleasant and know their products inside out. 10 out of 10 from me. I found the shop accidentally and felli in love with everything. I WOULD be five stars... but they use 'Couriers Please'.. and TWICE I have had issues with this courier company! Two orders lost (All resolved as well as they can be) and so as long as they use that courier; I will not be using their site as I'm now terrified of losing orders!!

But overall... an amazing site!

I will never be purchasing from Beserk ever again. The quality, price, service and delivery is absolutely terrible.

Ordered my products on the 21st it is now the 28th and my order is still waiting to be picked up on "express shipping"
Very disappointed in shipping time as I need products before the coming weekend.
Review will be updated once product has been delivered. Fingers crossed products are worth this wait.

I love shopping with beserk it is my go to store if I ever need anything, I love how fast shipping is I live in WA so getting things shipped is usually over a week but not with beserk I can say I always receive my stuff with in 5-6 days :) the best store recommend it to all my friends!!!
