Worse experience even after being their customer for years, booked singapoor airlines on Christmas months before, luckily mu husband ring airlines which informed him that flight got cancelled, we are in complete shock, lack of resolutions from best and less.

Long story short !

We wanted to cancel the flights, customer rep from cancellation team quoted the airline charges and their cancellation fee (AUD 150 per per person).
We agreed on their terms without any problems and asked them to call back in few days.

Contacted them again and now the same consultant quoted the same amount but in USD.

Asked him that why the amount is changed to USD now while we paid the tickets in AUD.

He said, "it was my mistake" !!

Won't get any help, any answer from them.

Absolutely pathetic customer service !

This company is dodgy , reason behind - when I called the airlines , they could not locate the booking ref number in their system which was given by Best and Less. Also, they requested us to change the dates after few days of booking which we gladly accepted without asking any questions. And when we needed help from them, there was very poor response.

I am going to report it to Consumer Affairs shortly.

Clearly, I can understand now why they have received more "terrible" reviews here and on other websites than "excellent"

If you are reading this before booking the flights with them, think twice and save yourself.

Very dissatisfied customer

I recently brought two tickets for my parents to travel from Brisbane to Auckland. Firstly best&less website was useless as it wouldn't let me fit my fathers long name. The company should take into consideration all the long names that Asians have. Once the ticket was booked the agents were unhappy saying that missing 4 letters of his surname will cause problems while travelling. I my self have a longer surname than my father but never ever had a problem when I booked with them last time Their suggestion was to pay more and change the name or cancel and rebook again. After many emails back and forth we were told to cancel the ticket and were promised a refund. We accepted the penalty charges as well as the admin fees as we just wanted this issue to be sorted. Once all the bank details were supplied they decided no more refund as the China airlines has rejected the claim. They did not do further investigation on this or re-logged a claim. Furthermore as the customers we were not told that there is even a slight possibility that the ticket will not be refunded. Instead we wasted time and money for nothing. When I called refund team the customer service on the phone kept on telling me what is the solution? Which made no sense as I am the customer wanting a solution for the big mess the team has created in a the first place. He kept on saying that it is not their fault and there's nothing he can do. He promised a call back from his supervisor, which never came! This has caused stressed and unnecessary hassle for me and my parents. I am greatly disappointed with the outcome as I have brought so many tickets from best& less. Website is not functional and the protocols are just useless. We just want our refund because what best&less want is for us to forget about it. I tried calling again but no answer from the team. Looks like they are really sweeping this under this issue under the rug!

BEST & LESS Travels --- > Worst & MAX Travels They call themselves best & less. I would say, they are indeed Worst & Max. They won't match the price but give you an alternative which you don't want. Why would you call yourself less when you can't give the price match as per commitment. I faced this issue thrice. I asked for flights to India suggesting them the flight I wanted with date & time. They said, we are not getting cheaper fare for this flight so please go with this (suggested alternative which was obviously more than what I was asking to price match with). I saved more than $200 bucks by not going with them. If you think of going with them just to make sure that they will make your travel best (ignoring the less part then see the below experience). Secondly, their agents are so unaware about the visa requirements of various countries (US is one of them) that they won't advice you even that you should check about visa before travelling. Though they write on 4th page of 6 Page terms and condition of itinerary which they will write that visa is responsibility of passenger. They won't tell you over phone even for a second that you should check for visas. Boss, if you don't know about visas and you can't give cheap flights then you are worst and max travel agents.. I would say, you are not travel agents at all if you are not doing your duty properly. Moreover, I spent $1800 bucks to travel over return ticket but they didn't apprise me about the visa. So had to cancel the second leg of my flight. What they give me as refund (for cancelling only return trip) was $93 where I flew only 1 side of trip. They didn't tell me about the refund till I asked moreover when I asked to confirm when was the refund processed by airline, they said ask the airline directly. Called airlines, they said the refund generally takes 7 - 21 days whereas what these people quoted me was 8 - 12 weeks. Like really people, are you BEST & LESS?? Worst & MAX should be the new name. Being humble, I gave them 3 more chances to get the tickets but these bunch of intelligent people gave the high rates again and alternatives which I didn't want. Talking about communication, they don't communicate. Even their supervisor said, you can give us any review you want because every passenger have their own experience. BEWARE, Don't go with them at all. P.S.: Anyone wants proof, can PM me. I have all correspondence with them. Also didn't want to name people who helped me make my experience Worst & Max.

Very efficient service and communication, good knowledgeable and responsive staff, especially Ms Deepa. Seat and food reservation for each flight was also taken care of.
