What is your level of experience in this line of work?
We are experienced Swim School owners. Our team consists of experienced and certified instructors. We offer ongoing education to our entire team, so they are always up-to-date with the best techniques for teaching swimming.
What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?
We charge per term. Our terms align with NSW public school terms.
Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?
All instructors are certified by Swim Australia (SCTA).
What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?
We can for special cases, but generally people are required to pay their swim term upfront.
What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?
Yes, we have all of the required insurance, which is mandatory for our type of business.
Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?
Yes, we are offering a free swim bag with enrolment (I have listed it). We also offer multi-session discounts and additional sibling discounts.
