Jimmy and Rayner worked really hard, from the time they arrived until they finished nine hours later. They were both very helpful and got many items into the right places, Trish on the phone when booking was very friendly and also very helpful, a big thanks. Money well spent for a drama free move. Highly recommended.

The guys were amazing did not stop from the time they arriced until they left.
My only problem was you should have sent xomoone out to look at our house because we couldn't fit everything on the truck, needed a second truck

Great work done quickly and efficiently, nothing damaged and furniture reassembled at the other end. However, the same can't be said for the delivery and return of packaging. The times for delivery and pickup of packaging were a moving feast, so it was lucky that I was able to be at home on the allocated days. Also, they do not honour their promise to buy back boxes. Best Quote claims that " we can buy back any used boxes in good condition for $1 each". I asked about payment for over 100 boxes that I bought from Best Quote and was assured on the phone when arranging box pickup and again in person that payment for the boxes would be accounted for back at the office once the boxes were returned and inspected. The majority of the boxes I returned were in good condition and the ones that weren't were sold to me that way (eg with oil stains, torn). Two months later, I still have not received payment for any of the boxes I returned, and the company refuses to answer my emails and calls.
