I honestly had a terrible experience early November through you. First off, I sent an email which listed items I needed to be moved plus my bf and I spoke to a few different people over the phone to confirm the items and price, yet on the day (it was just me as my bf had uni) a 10 tonne truck arrived at my house! The men were quite rude to me and claimed it was my fault for not being more specific on what needed to be moved. My bf and I explained 3 times of how many things we needed moved and only required a small truck. One of the men was smoking and I thought that was very unprofessional. Plus that same man was making snide jokes the whole time which made me incredibly uncomfortable. On top of this we were told earlier that we would not be charged a travel cost (as a freebie to the deal) yet we were charged that extra fee. They also arrived late yet charged me for the time it took them to get to my house. Just all up a terrible experience!

Guys were friendly and efficient and we are very happy with today. We did order a 12 tonne truck with 3 men and only 2 men showed in a 10 tonne truck. So we were a little disappointed with that, but the situation was resolved and we were happy.
All good!

the 4 guys that came were fantastic. these guys are all 5 star champions. i will highly recommend them
