we stayed here for a week after 4 days we asked for our sheets to be changed and our bathroom to be cleaned and a quick going over with a vac as kalbarri is on the beach we couldn't help but have a little sand on the carpet. the bathroom was not touched for the entire week and only that we asked the maid to clean change the sheets she did. our light was out and we rang it through to reception and it didn't get changed. The bbqs were older but the same as my home one and with the wind up there think they really needed a concrete one. This was such a disappointment for a best western
