Your motel is very beautiful and my staff member was also very impressed.
The location is a little further than inner city where I usually stay but your up market motel along with what is either side of it suits me and my business extremely well.
My business colleagues and myself will continue to use Best Western.
The room exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean Close to ammenities Walking distance to restaurants and Sovereign Hill.

Our suite was excellent and the lady at reception was most helpful, so I strongly recommend this motel. It was walking distance to sovereign hill another plus for tourists.

Great staff, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, a bathroom I wanted to take home. Quiet, great sleep in a comfortable bed.

So close to good pub and dining out places and city diners and beautiful old buildings & Soverign Hill, just down the road
My favourite, yummy hot porridge and fresh fruit topping plus lots more choices delivered to the room, that means I got a longer sleep in! Great place.

We stayed here last Wednesday night.
The People were very helpful and friendly.
The room (no.17) was large and roomy.
The bathroom was beautiful and spacious.
Towels were large and fluffy. Really appreciated the luxury.
The bed, was king size, very comfortable.
All things considered, we will definitely stay here again in the future.d

we enjoyed our two night stay in best western plus in Ballarat on 10thand 11th of January. The accommodation was excellent ,comfortable and the Staff were helpful and very polite.There is a great asian restaurant about 100 metres down the road ,and Billys in the Mercure was great for breakfast. Would stay there again if we visited that Region. mr and mrs edge.

We stayed here while in Ballarat and the rooms were very clean and tidy the staff are welcoming and very informative and helpful
We sure do have amazing housekeeping staff here at Ballarat Suites, offering daily servicing and we take the time to regularly deep clean all rooms. We also use environmentally friendly cleaning product which are also low allergen and chemical free. Our reception staff sure do know the local area and are happy to offer any suggestions and help during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back again. Danny & Natalie :)
Excellent service. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.The unit was very clean . Could not have wished for better. Would definitely call again and would recommend to others.
