I got quoted $180 to terminate a bee hive in a brick wall. The person came and sprayed a few times in the hole and said that it will take 24-48 hrs for the bees to disappear. Then I received an invoice for $660. I rang them and asked what’s with the $660 invoice. They said they had to use extra chemicals to do the job. No one told me about the extra chemicals nor did I give authority . I told them that I wouldn’t be paying that amount. They started getting very aggressive saying that I must pay. Then they said just pay for the chemical $330. Again I said no. I agreed and paid the amount of $180 that was quoted. 2 days later the bees were still there. Waited over a week and they were still there. I got in contact with them and told them the bees were still there. After a week of them stuffing me around they said that they don’t have guarantee on bee removals. Which they never told me prior.
This mob are shonky operation and I don’t think they are qualified to carry out such jobs.
I would recommend to stay away from these people.
