I use Better Caring on almost a daily basis to hire support workers to assist me around the house and out into the community. It's great for people who are on the NDIS program. Better Caring is great as support workers set their own hourly rate and can negotiate. It's quite easy to use and straight forward once you've given it a go. I've hired drivers, chefs, lawn maintenance, cleaners off here so far and I'll continue to use. It's worth the go as it's cheaper that other service providers.
