This was wonderful!! I attended the hips to toes workshop and it really helped see where I was stiff and inflexible. Will continue to use the moves taught plus Carmel sent us links and advice to continue the poses. Will help me to improve my Samba moves. Thank you and see you at the next course x

I have attempted yoga several times in my life and each time I sustained an injury or was put off by the acrobatics of the instructor. Carmel's Stretch and Yoga classes are so different! They are very user friendly and Carmel never makes anyone feel awkward or that they should have attained a certain level by now. Having said that, Carmel has a caring and positive manner that intrinsically motivates one to do better and to get the best out of themselves and the class. I just love Carmel and her classes!

I have been doing Carmel's Stretch Class for well over 2 years. Carmel is always open to hear my concerns and those of my class mates and to tailor the class to help alleviate issues. Challenging at times - yes, but in a good way.
I have also attended chair yoga and find these almost as good in the way they stretch tight muscles.
In this day and age it is wonderful to meet genuine caring people who enjoy what they are doing.

So glad I discovered Carmel’s Stretch Therapy classes. I felt release of deep held tension from my neck and shoulders after just 1 session. She is an excellent instructor, very knowledge and adjusts positions for different people’s ability levels and injuries. I’ll definitely be attending her classes for the long term.

I discovered Carmel's wonderful stretch class late in 2016, and have been attending on and off ever since. It does wonders for tight and sore muscles and keeps help pain under control, and the small class size means individual attention and a fun atmosphere.

I started Stretch Therapy at The Better Movement Studio the beginning of 2018 after spraining my back.
I am still attending nearly a year later. Carmel has aided in my recovery and has helped me with other issues such as chronic neck pain.
I thoroughly recommend Better Movement Studio to anyone who suffers from neck and back pain as it is greatly beneficial.

I have been coming to stretch class for since it’s inception Carmel is a fantastic teacher and class sizes are small which allows for the personal feel during the class I have found my flexibility and movement has improved over this time thoroughly recommended

I attend the Stretch Therapy classes by Carmel and thoroughly enjoy the enviroment of a small class size and the attention Carmel is able to give everyone. The technique used for stretching is very beneficial and effective.

BMS is fantastic, caring instructors and fantastic value for money! I've been doing stretch off and on for 3 years and really noticed the difference!

I have had problems for many years with my shoulders and back the stretch classes run by Carmel have helped me develop much more flexability and reduced my pain .i would highly recommend.
