Don’t waste your time or money! Almost 6 months later I’m still waiting for my bra!

I do not recommend this place unless you can wait at least 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. I wish that it was made obvious that if the stock was not on hand that the backorder process takes 4-6 weeks. I was told that it is stated in the terms and conditions, so that's on me. On their website it also states that we will be informed within 48 hours if they are out of stock - I ordered on Sat 1 Aug and only found out when I rang on Thu 6 Aug to follow-up . Also, because I paid with Afterpay, I have to wait 10-12 days for the refund to process. This means that I now have a credit at Afterpay because I've already paid the $255 in full, but I still won't get to use it to buy elsewhere for 10-12 days. However, the retail clerk I spoke to when I rang to ask what was happening was very courteous and even went to look in their retail shop to see if there was anything that was close to what I had ordered so I could organise a pick-up from the retail store. So, unless you have 4-6 weeks to wait for your order, I do not recommend using Big Girls Dont Cry - it's such a shame as the products look like very good quality.

I wouldn't recommend them and wished I had looked at their reviews before purchasing. Interestingly the comments on their Facebook ads where people were complaining about thes ame issue I have - have now been deleted. Took 3 days for them to tell me they didnt have my purchase in stock and to either wait 2-4 werks before they get it in, or a refund. I opted for a refund of course..... 4 days later still waiting for the 'accounts' department to process it.

I'm sorry to say I wouldn't. I was so looking forward to having new Bra's to take away on holidays. Assuming I would have them within a couple of weeks as I only live 2.5 hours out of Brisbane. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing I phoned up to enquire about them. They were in the store but had to be processed. That was Friday, I get a message from the shop saying they were on there way. Message from Australia Post that I would receive them on Tuesday. That changed to Thursday the next day, then it changed to Wednesday. Then it changed to Tuesday the next week. I phoned the store up again to see what the problem was & I was told they had been posted & it was out of there hands. REALLY. I got onto Australia Post & received them 2 days later. Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore should of followed up for me as a customer service. Australia Post was also fault, I know.

I've had the pleasure of making several purchases via their web site and once via phone. Their range of bras and sleep wear far exceeded my needs and each time I was able to find not just what I wanted but need as well. They tell you straight off if the item is on back order otherwise it arrives within a couple of days. Very happy with them

I was in the store yesterday and was helped out by a lovely lady named Claire. It is not often that you can go into a clothing store and get respect as a larger woman, but the staff here are amazing. Their clearance wall is incredible and I was able to buy 4 bras for $50 - at my size, that is a miracle!
I have also bought via their website and have received my goods within a few days.

They have a great range of bras but aren't always able to deliver straight away. They keep you updated via email of anything new and discounts. They are a little pricey.

It is very hard to find decent lingerie over a size 16 but this shop is amazing!! it has a huge range at a resonable price... the service was great, friendly and helped me find just what i wanted
