We had an absolutely horrible experience trying to sell our house. After months we changed real estate agents and sold straight away in our price range, without even going to market. Would love to share the long list of all the things that went seriously wrong but they threatened they would sue us for defamation if we did. So in short I'll just say we found them rude and arrogant and useless in getting the job done. Massive waste of time and money!

I trusted this agency with the sale of my property. No one turned up for the auction. They could no sell it and did not do their job. I want the contract withdrawn, turns out they have locked me for 60 days after the planned auction date. I have asked for the property to be taken down off websites as I want my property sold and will go with another agent.
They refuse to terminate the contract. This behavior exhibits simple greed and vindictiveness.
I would give Biggin and Scott Glen Waverley 0 stars if I could. Beware!

We've used Dimitra from Biggin and Scott to manage our rental property for the last 3 years. Dimitra is a stickler for detail and is great to deal with - always follows things up and we have never had a problem with the tennants. Whenever anything has gone wrong with the property, she's always been quick to sort out a solution that suits both us and the tennant.

We rent from Biggin and Scott in Richmond so not directly responsible for their fees. They are an average property management firm. The property managers are continuously changing and they often forget to do things. We have waited for weeks to get our heater fixed in the winter.
