We used to love the vet clinic after we moved into the area we started taking our dogs to them but recently they've had many vets leave and it's as if they have a new receptionist every time we visit which is hard to keep consistency of service when the reception staff don't know your pet.

Blackburn Vet Centre is our family vet clinic. We have been visiting for 4 years since our dog was a puppy. We attended puppy school here which was great - lots of fun and informative. The service and care has always been great. They send reminders for check-ups etc, email updates on general information and even have 'Barks in the Park' get-togethers.

Our family uses this vet and none of us have ever complained about the care of our cats. They are friendly, reliable, open long hours and have great advice on their news letters. They even have family pet days.

The staff at the clinic are friendly, very caring and they remember all animals names that visit their centre. I found them to be very honest regaridng treatment and the possible outcomes of the treatment for your animal.
