An incident of a car break in and theft occurred on 27/8/2017. Blackburn did not post details of the offender and tried to cover up (Hush Hush) the matter. As a consequence after two months another car was broken into and only then was the picture of the offender put on display. I went to a lot of difficult trying to find out why and how the first car break in happened.

Please be really cautious when choosing your strata and property manager as a choice of an incompetent organisation like Blackburn can only mean a lifetime of regret and distress. Highly Unsatisfactory service as strata managers! A car belonging to my friend parked in my car bay was broken into, the window smashed and valuables stolen. Blackburn refused to pass on the security camera footage. The attitude of the staff was extremely callous and lackadaisical.

They claim to have passed on the footage to the police. However no incident report number or details of the police officers with the information can be provided by Blackburn and the police have not been issued with any footage.
Withholding evidence of a crime amounts to being an accomplice to it.
I would advice against choosing Blackburn as property or strata managers unless you are happy with substandard service!

Approximate cost: $3200

Previous experiences with real estate agencies have been unpleasant, but Blackburne put an end to all that. They care about their clients. Are always helpful and understanding. Thanks Blackburne, our faith in real estate has been restored.
