I had the same problem I was looking for enrollment and was spoken to in a rude and condescending manner after I asked to speak to the person in charge I waited and when she finally came to the phone she was rude as well. So, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I never visited the location all I know is someone who is rude on to a potential client does not deserve my business.

I have recently been seeking childcare for a 2 year old. Upon contacting Blinky Bill's Daycare I was treated and spoken to in a disgusting and rude manner by staff. Upon requesting to speak to the manager I was told that the arrogant person to whom I was speaking is the manager. Voicing my concerns, I was then hung up on. Deciding to give the daycare a chance, my child attended for one day before being withdrawn indefinitely.
In short I will not ever be returning to this business or considering it and would not advise anyone in search of good childcare to consider such an environment for their children either.
Daycare centres are supposed to be a learning environment for young children and I definitely would not want my child learning manners from such people.
