OMG! I am an Aussie who lives in the states. Over the years, I have bought items here and had to pay more shipping charges to get my items to my family in Sydney. This company is the best! The prices, the immediate, responsive and quality customer service they provided me was outstanding! I was able to order Xmas presents for my niece and nephew with absolutely no drama. Their prices, their service is definitely a keeper; don't go anywhere else!

They were fantastic to deal with, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed all of the way through. The product arrived two days after my payment was processed.

I recently purchased a Kenwood Premier mixer from Bloody Bargains. The advert for this product stated you would receive a Pasta roller and a pasta cutter free of charge.
The machine arrived promptly and inside the package i found the paperwork that allowed me to claim the pasta components. Duly sent them off only to receive a reply from them to say I was not entitled to these products because I had bought my Kenwood on line. I was not amused and promptly contacted Ramsay from Customer Services at Bloody Bargains.
Ramsay said he would look into it and I thought - oh well thats the last I will hear from him. Not so. He contacted the other firm and began the long journey of getting them to send me my free offer. They did not play the game so Ramsay arranged for me to receive these components free of charge anyway. The expense was absorbed by Bloody Bargains.
The whole process took almost 4 months but Ramsay was relentless and the pasta roller and cutter arrived yesterday.
i think this is marvellous customer service and will recommend Bloody Bargains to all my friends. I will also order more products.

I would like to thank BloodyBargains.com.au for providing exceptional customer service, I bought off the website a Genius Vacuum Cleaner, when i received it i realized it was not the actual one i initially wanted as there was another similar colored one, so i emailed in to the customer service team and explained what i had done, to my surprise they told me to send it back and they would courier the correct one out at no additional charge. This is what i call GREAT SERVICE, even though it was my error they were completely understanding and more than happy to help me out. I recommend 110% this Aussie owned business to everyone!

Ramsey and his team are completely service-oriented. I ordered a $9.95 stick blender and never received it. Ramsey sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked. The replacement didn't arrive as well - AusPost returned it to sender, saying 'no such address' which was impossible. Ramsey sent it for the THIRD time and kept me constantly updated with Aus Post tracking progress. Wonderful service and communication. Please support this business - great pricing and great service.
